The apartment (about 42 square meters) has a balcony that offers magnificent views over the mountains. It is quietly located in the hilltop village of Schanze (720 m above sea level) on the Rothaarsteig in the middle of a wooded hiking area. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet who want to relax in beautiful nature, as well as for hikers and mountain bikers. In winter, skiing (ski lifts in Schmallenberg and Winterberg), cross-country skiing and sledding are possible. Our horses convey country life.

Die wunderschöne Ruhrtal-Villa liegt auf einem 2000 m² großem Grundstück und grenzt direkt an die Ruhr. Idyllische Wald-und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

The light-flooded attic apartment (2nd floor) is quietly located in a side street and thus offers pure relaxation! You can reach us from the A44 highway in just 10 minutes. The little ones can let off steam in the schoolyard next door with a climbing frame and space to play ball. A parking space is available for you at your doorstep. In the village there is a restaurant, a golf course and a mini golf course. In addition, the local wildlife park is exciting for all ages. No smoking

Beautiful, small apartment surrounded by greenery

Our small apartment is at the top of the Klausenberg. Behind the house there are only fields and meadows. The city is within walking distance, as is Lake Hennesee. The location at the top of the mountain offers a great view of the city and much further into the distance. A good place for a little break. If you are arriving by bike, you should keep in mind that the beautiful view from our mountain is of course connected with the fact that you also have to climb the mountain 🙈

This is a completely new studio apartment under the roof with 37 m² in a quiet location from the suburb of Eslohe. Inside there is a 1.4m bed, another living area with bed function for 2 people together in the living room or bedroom. The new bathroom consists of a shower with curtain and a large bathtub. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.
