Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

This vacation home overlooks the Atlantic and Sorlock Beach in Mesquer-Quimiac. With 3 independent bedrooms and a mezzanine dormitory for 5 children (ideally 8 people in total, up to 11 maximum), this is the perfect place for a weekend or a week's vacation by the sea with family or friends. Large wooded grounds, shaded terrace, sun loungers, ping pong, barbecue and direct and private access to the beach.

The house comprises a living room open to the kitchen, a small bathroom, and 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with double beds and one with a single bed. A veranda with barbecue completes the whole. My children's toys are available for young tenants. Cleaning at guest cost (€45). Towels and bed-sheets not provided. 1 parking space.
