Patricia hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt und der erste Kaffe am Morgen mit Blick auf das Meer und den fantastischen Fels ist unbezahlbar. Rocabella ist ein wahres Schmuckstück.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα. Πολύ ωραία εγκατάσταση που σου έδινε τη δυνατότητα να απομονωθείς δεδομένου της κατάστασης με τον covid. Καθαρό, όμορφο, πρακτικό και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και άμεσο. Τα δωμάτια έχουν θεα στη θάλασσα και είναι μέσα σε μια εγκατάσταση γεμάτη από λουλούδια και φυτά. Ότι πρέπει για τις οικογενειακές μας διακοπές . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα είναι επιλογή μας αν αποφασίσουμε να κάνουμε διακοπές ξανά στο Άστρος

We had a lovely time at Markos's place. The pictures did not do the place justice - it was really pretty and super clean. We would definitely book this place again!

Maria’s place has top quality furniture and all items in the place is top notch. I felt very comfortable. The property had fruit trees, a green lawn and its semi private beach. They provided four sun beds and two umbrellas to relax at the beach.

Liebe Maria, danke, dass wir dein schönes kleines Haus nutzen konnten. So nah am Meer zu wohnen, das war etwas besonderes. Jeden Morgen habe ich mich gefreut die Türen zu öffnen und sofort aufs Wasser zu blicken. Der kleine Mini-Supermarkt gleich nebenan war sehr praktisch und auch die Restaurant-Bar einladend. Der Oktober mit wenig Touristen war eine gute Zeit für unseren Aufenthalt und so war auch die Straße kein Problem. Auch die Kinder waren sehr glücklich bei dir. Wir kommen darum gerne wieder.

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht, die Betten waren bequem, es war sehr ruhig. Die Fenster sind mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles Nötige, man konnte gut selber kochen. Die zerkratzten Bratpfannen sollten ersetzt werden. Der Gastgeber legt grossen Wert auf das Einsparen von Ressourcen (Wasser und Elektrizität). Das verstehen wir, ist aber im Zusammenhang mit dem Tourismus nicht immer ganz einfach. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nicht in den Pool springen sollen, wegen dem Wasserverschleiss und der Pumpen. Das Grillen in der Aussenküche wurde auch nicht gern gesehen, die Infrastruktur war nicht vorhanden (Streichhölzer, Holz, Kohle, Grillputzbürste). Streichhölzer haben wir auf Nachfrage erhalten, Kohle haben wir gekauft. Alles in Allem sehr schönes Haus in gepflegter Umgebung. Für uns zu viele Hausregeln, Pool erst ab 08.30 Uhr zu nutzen, Siesta von 15 bi 17 Uhr. In dieser Zeit wird aber im Vermieterhaus Saxophon geübt.

Ο χώρος της Νατάσσας αξίζει τα 5 αστέρια και με το παραπάνω. Άψογο διαμέρισμα, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, με ωραία πίσω αυλή απόλυτα ιδιωτική. Παρά πολύ καθαρό, ωραία διακόσμηση. Οι παροχές ίσως είναι και παραπάνω από όσες αναφέρονται στην καταχωριση ( πχ καφές πρωινό). Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια από την παραλία κι άλλο ένα τέταρτο για τα μαγαζιά για να βγεις για ποτό και φαΐ. Ήσυχη γειτονια με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Η Νατασα ήταν πολύ καλή, ευγενική και διακριτική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ότι ερώτημα είχαμε. Σιγουρα θα επιλέξουμε τον χώρο για τη διαμονή αν ξαναέρθουμε Καλαμάτα και τον συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

As far as hosting and hospitality goes, Athanasia went above and beyond and nothing was too much for her. We were given some really helpful tips and recommendations, especially on where to dine. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and lent itself perfectly to our needs, which was to have a property within close proximity of local amenities, whilst benefitting from privacy and quietness. The bed is super comfy and the shower is amazing. The kitchen was generously stocked with coffee (Nespresso machine and capsules) and utensils should you decide to cater for yourselves. Athanasia's property is aptly named Serendipity! Serendipity is a perfect and leading example of what is expected from an Airbnb property! Thank you Athanasia for everything and we'd definitely stay again!

Χρειαστήκαμε με τον σύντροφο μου ένα μέρος για μια δουλειά αυθημερόν (Αθήνα-Καλαμάτα) και η κυρία Ζένια μας εξυπηρέτησε πλήρως. Το σπίτι ήταν ήσυχο, καθαρό και με φανταστική θέα. Even for a small stay, great hospitality, would highly recommend

The apartment is very nice. It's very clean, everything works and the beds are great. The AC in the living room cools the apartment and the fans in the bedrooms do the rest so you sleep comfortably even when it's hot. The balcony with a view of the castle on the hill is great, especially in the evening when the castle is illuminated. The location is also great, you are a few minutes walk away from the next bars and restaurants and can easily walk to the harbour area. There is usually also a spot free to park your car near the apartment. The host is very nice and professional and responded quickly to any question. Overall a great apartment.

Οικογένεια με δύο παιδιά (ηλικίες 8 και 4 ετών) μείναμε 7 νυχτες και δεν έχω λόγια για να περιγράψω το ποσό όμορφη ήταν η διαμονή μας...Αρχικα το σπίτι που μέναμε ήταν πεντακάθαρο (μείναμε στο Panorama), οι χώροι πάρα πολύ ανετοι,τα κρεβάτια πολύ αναπαυτικά,τα μπαλκόνια υπέροχα και είχες για κάθε ώρα της ημέρας σκιά να κάτσεις..όσο για την θέα κάθε παράθυρο και κάθε μπαλκόνι ένας πίνακας ζωγραφικής. Απ' την μια θάλασσα , από την άλλη το βουνό και οι ελαιώνες και ο πανέμορφος κήπος του χώρου που μέναμε.. Μιλώντας για τον κήπο είναι ένας επίγειος παράδεισος από άποψη ομορφιάς αλλά και για τα παιδιά .. με τραμπολίνο, αιώρα, γρασίδι σε άψογη κατάσταση και πολλά παιχνίδια να παίξουν... Μας παρείχαν επίσης και στον ιδιωτικό μας χώρο φουσκωτή πισινουλα την οποία απόλαυσαν εξίσου τα παιδιά .Η κυρία Ειρήνη και ο κύριος Βαγγέλης είναι πάρα πολύ ζεστοί άνθρωποι και οι δυο..Όσον αφορά την τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική μιας και είναι πολύ κοντά σε όλες τις παραλίες (Στούπα,Δελφίνια, Φονέας , )

Logement agréable avec une grande terrasse surplombant la mer. Magnifique. Nous avons été accueillis par le papa de Katerina qui est chalereux et attentionné. Seul petit reproche : pas de climatisation dans une des chambres. Malgré ce petit inconvénient, je recommande ce logement et j'y retournerai sans hésitation.

Als wir das Appartement betraten, hatten wir einen Woweffekt. Der Blick aufs Meer, die Einrichtung, die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung und vor allem standen frische Orangen und Zitronen auf dem Tisch, daneben Brot, ein Glas Honig, ein Glas Aprikosenmarmelade und eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank! Überhaupt war eigentlich alles schon vorhanden. Vom Öl über Tee, Kaffee, Gewürzen bis hin zum Waschmittel. Und die Wohnung war vorgewärmt, so dass wir es uns gemütlich machen konnten. Ein toller Service! Vielen Dank! Der kleine Ort Kiveri liegt sehr malerisch am Fuße von Bergen. Die Strandpromenade ist sehr gepflegt und es waren sogar zwei Restaurants geöffnet, obwohl wir im Februar dort waren. Von der Terasse sieht man am gegenüber liegenden Ufer Nafplios Wasserburg und am Abend auch die Lichter der Festung der Stadt. Von Kiveri aus kann man sehr gut die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Peloponnes erkunden. Wir hatten trotz des kühlen Wetters einen tollen Urlaub und können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

What a wonderful apartment! We found parking easily around the corner and were met by the very nice and charming Kostas. He showed us around the apartment and left some treats for us including local wine. The patio is fantastic. It has lovely views and is quite private and safe. The patio door from the bedroom has a screen so we were able to sleep with the door open and experience the cool night air. The apartment is larger than the photos, especially the patio. I appreciated the cleaning supplies and cooking supplies left for us. It’s a lovely place and hopefully we’ll visit again. Nafplio is beautiful and this apartment made the visit perfect.

We booked this place in order to have a more relaxing slow paced time after busy sight seeing elsewhere for the previous 7 weeks. This apartment was just what we were after. Magnificent view for starters, that you’ll never grow bored of. The apartment is a real home with a well appointed kitchen and quality appliances. You’ll have all the supplies you need, Nikos goes over and above to supply everything. Beds are comfortable and the place is so quiet. Kalamata was easy to get around & the apartment was close to supermarkets & restaurants. Highly recommend this fabulous place and it’s definitely worth the money.

όμορφο διαμέρισμα σε ήσυχη περιοχή. πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. πεντακάθαρο και παρείχε ότι χρειαστηκαμε για την διαμονή μας. ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλόξενος και πολύ φιλικός ενώ δεν έλειψε και το κέρασμα στο καλωσόρισμα.

Το τελειότερο διαμέρισμα που έχουμε μείνει ποτέ, βρεθήκαμε την περίοδο των Χριστουγέννων με πολύ κρύο, το διαμέρισμα όμως ήταν πάρα πολύ ζεστό, με περισσότερες παροχές απ ότι θα μπορούσατε να φανταστείτε… Αν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό είναι το πρωινό ξύπνημα από τις καμπάνες της διπλανής εκκλησιάς σε περίπτωση γιορτής. Αν ξανά επισκεφτούμε την Τρίπολη σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε.

Maria est une hôte réactive qui n'hésite pas à donner des recommandations d'activités. Le logement est confortable avec tout ce qui est utile pour le confort des voyageurs (sèche cheveux, produits ménagers...). Le logement est parfait pour une famille, proche de la mer pour s'amuser avant de partir visiter les alentours. Énormément de sites intéressants autour. Merci à Maria pour sa gentillesse

Καθαρός, περιποιημένος χώρος με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας. Έχει εξοπλισμένη και ευρύχωρη βεράντα, εκεί περνούσαμε και την περισσότερη ώρα μας. Ο ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης ήταν καταλυτικός. Το καλοκαίρι σκεφτόμαστε να σας ξαναεπισκεφθούμε. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!
