Free parking is available in front of the house. The lake is about a 5-minute walk away. The house is located 5 minutes' drive from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15 minutes from the Swiss border, 30 minutes from Geneva and 1 hour from Annecy city center. The first ski resorts are approx. 40 min. away.

At the foot of the castles of Allinges, in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes from Thonon/Evian, our cottage enjoys a privileged location that will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the area. To do during the summer: Walks around the cottage to the castles and forest, mountain hikes (Mont Forchat 20 min), swimming in the lake (10 min), entertainment of all kinds in Thonon, Sciez, Evian.

Completely renovated, designed to accommodate, ground floor with terrace and private parking, a large double bedroom (king size bed 170x200) with access to the rear terrace with laundry, in the sleeping area of the open space a single bed 80×190  separated with curtains from the sofa bed (140×200) in the living space. A large bathroom.

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.
