Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. Vous serez séduits par sa grande pièce de vie au rdc avec un espace lecture/dessins et jeux pour petits et grands. A l'étage, 3 grandes chambres équipées de lits 160*200 dont 1 avec lit bébé. Un canapé convertible permet le couchage de 2 personnes supplémentaires. La cuisine ouverte sur le séjour est entièrement équipée, 2 salles de bain avec douches à l'italienne.

Charming house with small terrace in the heart of the village of Messery. Close to all amenities, just a few meters away (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurant...). Free parking is available in front of the house. The lake is about a 5-minute walk away. The house is located 5 minutes' drive from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15 minutes from the Swiss border, 30 minutes from Geneva and 1 hour from Annecy city center. The first ski resorts are approx. 40 min. away.

Welcome, come and relax in our cottage ideally located in a quiet area. At the foot of the castles of Allinges, in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes from Thonon/Evian, our cottage enjoys a privileged location that will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the area. To do during the summer: Walks around the cottage to the castles and forest, mountain hikes (Mont Forchat 20 min), swimming in the lake (10 min), entertainment of all kinds in Thonon, Sciez, Evian.

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.

You'll enjoy the large 1,300m2 unfenced garden, two terraces and a summer lounge. The house is ideally located five minutes from the sandy beach of Excenevex, 20 minutes from Thonon or 30 minutes from Geneva. A car is required to get around.
