Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

My family if 5 stayed in this apartment t for a few days in Venice. The room with 3 single beds was great for our 3 teens. It felt very authentic to Venice! It’s a bit tricky to find at first, tucked in between some buildings down a narrow alley, but once we found it once this wasn’t an issue and it felt like it added to the charm! Great neighbourhood and we found it an excellent base for exploring Venice. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

This flat was in a fantastic location, right in the centre of Venice. 5 minutes walk from St Marks square, 9 minutes walk from Rialto bridge. Good restaurants and shopping close by. Gondolas passing the windows was charming. The boats in the morning and night and church bells can be noisy however, just embrace the experience of being in the heart of Venice. Bed was really comfortable, slept well. Flat is venetian style. Shower is tiny but good pressure. Host was communicative and responsive when we had a problem and when there was going to be a public transport strike.

Alina’s place fits perfectly for our family! The kitchen is small but enough to have a breakfast ate home. We had a great time in this place. I highly recommend!

we had a wonderful stay at this centrally located Airbnb. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. One of the highlights was the beautiful roof terrace, offering a perfect spot to unwind with views over the city—especially lovely at sunset! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in the heart of Venice

The apartment was central and quiet. The Vaporetto stop was very close and convenient. Paolo welcomed us very nicely, explained everything to us well and gave many tips. We were cold in the apartment and Paolo was quick to respond and warmer the heating, which was great. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need.

Anna's place was great! Elena met us at a nearby ferry stop and walked us through the narrow streets while giving us advice and recommendations. She took us to the apartment and showed us how everything worked—this was all so nice and helpful! The apartment was quiet, but there were many great places to eat, and only 10 minutes to the main attractions! The Wifi worked well, the washing machine was perfect, and we have zero complaints about our stay! Thank you, Anna and Elena!

Evverything was perfect! But there is a small detail that confused me a bit when I was choosing this apartment: I thought that there is one bedrom above another one because of how photos were made, but in fact they sit next to each other and are divided by the 1st bathroom. But it is a minor issue and it hadn't influenced on the overall quality and pleasure of stay at all.

Great experience! The location is perfect, the apartment is in great condition, very cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need. Great welcome from the owner ,also very kind to give us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate the beginning of the new year ! Thank you !

Our experience was very positive, apartment matching the photos, clean and tidy. Mr. Fabio is a delight, who immediately puts his guests at ease from phone conversations. The apartment is very close to the city bus stops so easily in about 20/25 minutes you can reach the island of Venice. The neighborhood is also equipped with amenities. I recommend it.

2/26/ 25 -3/5/25 I had a wonderful week in Elena’s place with my friends. The apartment is clean , well decorated, with very comfortable beds And peaceful . It is well located between Ca Rezzonico and Accademia vaporetto stops -a few minutes walk from each. It is a great base for exploring Venice and Elena a responsive host. Would stay again. We were super happy with this rental. Everything is in perfect condition and the owner was very helpful. Great location too, 5 minutes from major sites but on a very quiet side street so absolutely no street noise. Thank you!!

Amazing stay, Rudi the host is just brilliant, met us at our water bus stop with umbrella in hand as it was very rainy and late, walked us to the apartment and gave us lots of advice and recommendations. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. From body wash to coffee 👌 Thank you 🙏

Lisa’s apartment is outstanding and quiet, located in the San Marco district in the heart of Venice. She is one of the most responsive hosts that i have ever dealt with, and helped us quickly whenever we reached out to her. The apartment is comfortable and inviting, and is a short walk to the attractions, as well as the Vaporetto and the water taxis. There are many great restaurants within a short walk. We highly recommend Lisa’s apartment whenever you are looking for someplace to stay in Venice.

Ofelia was amazing from the beginning on how to get there, gave us lots of recommendations and explained everything very well. The apt was comfortable, clean and spacious.

Like last year, we spent the week of August in this lovely apartment, perfect for spaces and location, a few meters (approx. 150 m) from the beach. Quiet, equipped with a good air conditioning system (necessary for the season!) and all the supplies for a short stay, washing machine and wifi included. Caroline and Marco have always been ready for every request for support and clarification.

the accommodation was as described, but we had a problem with parking,as it was not possible to park in the yard but we parked on the street. In the day there were cars standing there and there was no space, one day we had a conflict with the neighbor because we parked off the lines and couldn't get out of the yard... the place was pretty cold throughout the stay. Upper floor completely cold.. This was one minus, otherwise the accommodation was very nice and close to Venice but rather for warmer months...

Friendly host, great location as it is a 10 min walk from the main train and bus station and the Venice public bus stops in front of the building. Many supermarkets around, very clean apartment, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.

Days later, and I am still longing for the romantic view from the dining table. This place is a gem in Venice. The location is serene, yet within close proximity to the vaporetto and some museums and in easy walking distance to the rialto. There are great coffee shops nearby, a coop market close to the apartment, and a lovely campo for drinks and gelato. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. Communication with the host and his wonderful assistant are excellent. I will definitely book here again when returning to Venice.

Nice apartment with all amenities for tourists. We really enjoyed our stay here. Gladly recommend. Communication was excellent. Easy street parking always available.
