Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

The "L'Altalena Gialla" vacation home is a cozy and bright 90 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a recently restored historic house from 1924 in the center of Marghera. It is located in a very convenient area for all services and transport from Marghera to Venice. It has a large garden with free parking space included and a pergola that in the summer months is shaded by a century-old vineyard; there is an original "Altalena Gialla" (Yellow Swing) that distinguishes the garden.

The apartment is fully furnished with amenities: bars, supermarkets, tobacco shops, wine cellars, pharmacies, etc. If you are taking the airport bus, please get off at via corso del popolo station and walk 4 minutes to our apartment.

The apartment is located 15 minutes from Venice, under the house there is a bus stop with continuous connections every 10 minutes and the guarded garage Delfino for a fee. Arriving from the train station takes 10 minutes on foot, part leaves a bus every 30 minutes and arrives under the house. In front of the apartment there is the Pam supermarket and two minutes Mc Donald, bars, wine bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, typical foodstuffs in Italian products and Venetian taverns.

L'appartamento (90 mq), con due ampie camere matrimoniali, e' dotato di ogni comfort: 55" TV (prime video, internet, etc.), aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, tapparelle elettriche, etc.

On the first floor of the Ciclamino condominium at number 56, a recently renovated apartment. Small full kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds. Large and comfortable living room, with sofa bed that can be used for 2 more people. Small bathroom complete with bidet. Both towels and bed linen are provided. In the kitchen area there is a washing machine for free use. Free Wi-Fi with password and smart TV with access to Netflix.

CASA CLARA is a large apartment with a big yard in the center of Marghera, ideal for families and groups of friends. Close to supermarkets, banks and ATMs, restaurants and pizzerie, local market, church, shops, bars, disco, etc. In the house there are two books with a lot of information and tips to discover and experience Venice and the neighborhood.
