Such a stunning tranquil location. Peaceful and beautiful. Everything needed for the four night stay we had but equally for a longer stay. Fitted to a high standard. Great communication from Nicola. A wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely week away at the Hayloft and were blessed with beautiful weather too. The property is spotlessly clean, comfortable and homely with wonderful views over the countryside. We enjoyed days trips to Witley Court and Coombe Abbey, as well as discovering many of the farm shops in the area. Charlene was an amazing host. Always quick to respond and provided us with many recommendations for the local area. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlene's property and hope to go back again in the future ourselves.

Robert is an excellent host who responded promptly. I had to work late on my first day and Robert arranged a flexible check in. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, small fridge in room and convenient microwave in common room next door. En suite shower and toilet very convenient. Highly recommended

if I would like to live in Birmingham in the future I would like to stay in this place for forever ,so beautiful home management,coffe ,cookies for breakfast,design absolutely perfect British home I felt like very familiar in this place always recommended for everyone!☺️

Vik and Aid's yurt is a real find - in a tranquil yet easily accessible part of a major city. A short stroll to the Hare and Hounds pub, which is a major music venue and also a warm, welcoming and friendly social hub. It's also not far from the MAC at Cannon Hill Park, for all its events and exhibitions. The yurt itself is everything it claims to be, lovingly hand made, comfy bed and sofa, and can be as warm as you like with the wood stove and backup. Close to the house, yet completely private and peaceful. Vik and Aid are interesting and lovely people, and great hosts, highly recommended!

Absolutely love booking with Claire. Claire always response so promptly and nothing is too much trouble. My parents had a wonderful stay and Claire was on hand if they needed her and has always responded to messages. Very comfortable accommodation in a peaceful and private setting - big enclosed garden for our dog, which was great. The garden annex had everything you would need and is tastefully decorated. Lovely countryside walks from the door - we walked to ’Toast’ for breakfast, on the recommendation of our hosts, which was delicious (and dog friendly). We would definitely stay again next time we are visiting the area - just a 20 minute drive to Worcester, where we were having a family gathering.

This was our second time at The Annexe, and we felt like we’d never left! Sophie and Joe accommodated all our requests and the location was perfect for a quiet staycation weekend. We can’t wait to come back!

The Nook is a lovely little place great for a short stay, very quiet, clean and tidy, beautiful surroundings and private. The host was very welcoming and lovely, they provided us with a bottle of sparkling cider and other tasty treats on our arrival. They even gave us a lift to the wedding venue which we were attending in the area. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great stay, nice location. Very easy check in with Saima. She was very friendly and was there to greet us when we arrived. Will come here again.

What a lovely place. We had great weather so enjoyed the outside seating area & Ruby loved the grass to lie on. It was a perfect spot to going out walking & then back to get ready for a lovely meal at the Swan Inn which was 5 minutes walk away. Everything was clean & the treats were lovely. Thank you 5/5 !

We had a fantastic stay. The accommodation was very clean and well appointed and Andreea could not have been more helpful with recommendations for places to visit. The mattresses were so comfy - we are considering upgrading our own mattresses. We requested an early check in due to travelling with our ten month old which Andreea kindly made the effort to accommodate which was much appreciated. We would definitely love to stay again and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Annex and only wish we could have stayed longer! The accommodation was perfect for us to have a girly catch up. It was clean and homely and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the welcome hamper and milk! The gardens are stunning - we spent a long time enjoying them and feeding the duck and gorgeous ducklings. Joanne also let us give their tortoise breakfast which was great fun. Gerry and Joanne are brilliant hosts, friendly and easy going and forthcoming with information. We really hope to stay again soon. Thank you!

Sarah’s place was just as described. Well kept & on beautiful grounds. Sarah was a great host giving us space to get settled, she then introduced her self and her wonderful dogs. Sarah was great with our 2 year old daughter & gave her the opportunity to meet her dogs & explore her garden which she absolutely loved! Sarah had great knowledge about the local area & places we could visit! She was also able to provide a high chair & cutlery for our daughter which was great help! The facilities in the kitchen and great and make cooking there an enjoyable experience. We would definitely use Sarah’s place again if we were visiting this area & would recommend to others.

This was a wonderful stay. One we definitely did not want to end. The pictures did not do any justice to this beautiful lodge. From the beautiful well maintained garden to the stunning well hygiened lodge. The cleanliness of the barn made us feel very much at home. The cherry on top was the kindness and warm hospitality that Andy provided us with. We walked in to a beautiful set up of welcome snacks as well as his presence of being there to reassure us of any doubts. He was very responsive and friendly. This topped our stay. Thank You Andy. We will definitely be visiting again.

I had an eight-week stay in the middle of a house move and it was very modern and well-equipped, spotlessly clean with ample space and facilities. It's in a pleasant, peaceful semirural location which I knew before I chose it and road and rail connections are easily accessible as is a very decent choice of local restaurants and takeaways. There's fast fibre broadband for work or leisure, (plenty of options for streaming on the TV), good cellular reception, plus off-street parking right outside the front door. And Kerry and Declan were every bit as welcoming and helpful as others have said. Highly recommend.

Great location and very easy to find, I would book again if visiting the area.

Stayed for 3 nights. Really enjoyable stay. Everything you needed. Kids loved the mezzanine. Beautiful location. Even though you are in Kevins back garden you never feel like you are. The lobin is in a secluded area and there’s plenty of space to roam with a pond and a large seating area with bbq. Perfect for an Easter Egg hunt which took the kids almost half hour ! The Lickey Hills are literally opposite the house and the location is perfect for visiting Birmingham. We will definitely book again as visit family often.

A lovely little property with a warm welcome & everything you need. Very impressed! Will be booking again for our next trip to Thomas the Tank World & maybe stay longer as looks like lots of other things to do in the area
