Simply fantastic place to spend time in this apartment. the outside space is fantastic, the place has everything and more you could need. the apartment is beautifully presented, spacious and we had such a brilliant time. I would not hesitate to stay again - to recomend to friends and family - Fernanda was is so helpful and friendly and was great from start to finish, a total superstar host!!

Our host, Gabriele was very helpful and friendly. The accommodation ist very, very nice, situated only a short drive from the centre. As we walked in, you can see right away that a lot of love and dedication was invested in decorations. In front of the entrance we had a place where we had breakfast surrounded with flowers. Gorgeous!

Nice place, 15 min walk from city center and 20 min walk from the train station. It was just as described, clean, and had pretty much everything needed. Just missing a shower mat. A little complicated to do the self check in, but if you follow the directions in the video, you’re fine.

I booked for colleagues who found themselves beautifully. Highly recommended!

Very sweet welcoming hosts, immediately a 'home'feeling. Nice atmosphere, very cozy and almost familial. Wonderful place to unwind, rich in everything nature has to offer, all presented organically at breakfast. Lovely room with comfortable bed and enough space. I'd love to come back! We had a very good time with Alberto, he personally welcomed us and showed us the entire apartment as a real landlord. The house upon our arrival was perfectly tidy and clean, in short, ready to welcome us. Alberto was very helpful and kind from the first moment, so as to extend the checkout a few hours longer. Everything was fabulous! 10/10 without hesitation. Angelo is super responsive and thoughtful. The accommodation is very clean, very comfortable, with a beautiful private bathroom and all the amenities to feel at home (small fridge, kettle, hair dryer, TV...). The amenities are great, and it's very quiet! The little extra: the water fountain in the corridor, ideal for filling your bottle and going for a walk for the day. The location is perfect: within 15 minutes walking distance from the train station, and 15 minutes walking to the city center in the other direction! Airbnb to recommend, the best I've had so far! Go there without a second thought, everything is perfect!! Thanks again Angelo!

Claudia and her husband were exemplary hosts, I never felt as good as in this stay! Claudia was always kind, helpful and full of care, she never made me miss anything, on the contrary! The apartment was clean, equipped with all the comforts described and furnished with everything I needed for a long stay. Sheets and towels were always impeccable and I were changed every week. Claudia took care of the cleaning and disposing of the garbage for the duration of her stay. She was also always available for any requests and was very flexible with checkout. Thank you very much for your hospitality, I will definitely be back if I need to stay in the area!

The apartment was big, it looked clean, noise from trains was minimal. Well placed and peaceful.

Lovely apartment. Light and spacious and well located for the city centre. Gabriele gave us great recommendations for places to visit and suggested bars and restaurants which were authentic and not expensive. I would stay again if I come back to Bologna.

There was a bit of a problem getting in, and it was a bit confusing to find the building. However, the host was always very friendly and willing to fix it. I let me do check in before the stipulated hour. Beautiful apartment, and excellent location Highly recommended!

We are a group of 12 boys from 20 to 25 years old, we spent New Year's Eve in Sorbara in Andrea's house. Magnificent house on 3 levels, very spacious and bright rooms, heated floor, large garden and ping pong table We had a great time, I highly recommend it. House located 10 km from clubs and clubs.

Marco was incredibly friendly and helpful with any. And although he does not communicate in English, we found a common language) The most delicious wine 🤩🤗 The place is clean and perfect for privacy with nature ) Clear directions on how to get to the housing and then Marco takes with the breeze the last 280 m🤗 The children were delighted with this rally)) The perfect plan is to get enough food, grill and spend a couple of days in nature)

We stayed in a lovely villa in a quiet village. The house is spacious and well equipped: a large living room with garden perfect for grilling, a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a small gym with bathroom on the third floor. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Easy to find parking spot and serene environment. Highly recommended!
