Alessia’s place was a perfect location if you are visiting Cinque Terre by train. We walked to the train station in less than 15 min. It was easy.

Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

Lilana’s place was incredible! She was so kind, communicated well and was extremely helpful! She helped us check in early so we could drop off our bags. This is our second time returning to Parma in under a year. Parma is one of the easiest cities to fall in love with and, for us, Gianni’s place plays an integral role in shaping that narrative. It is located right near the city center, and everything is walkable and easy to access. Gianni’s place is quiet; however, if you want the hustle and bustle of Parma, simply open the balcony doors & enjoy the symphony of sounds. Gianni is both patient & kind, especially with us being Americans and new to the area. He is hospitable and quick to respond — and he has placed many thoughtful touches around the Airbnb such as a hot-water kettle, hot teas, etc around the space for guests to enjoy. If available, we will always stay with Gianni when traveling to Parma!

The place is very quiet, the terrace is beautiful, which offers a relaxing view of the hilly surroundings. Well-stocked kitchen. Spacious bathroom. Overall the apartment is very comfortable. However, you have to have a car as it is in a very small fraction.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and well organized, suitable for longer and shorter stays for 4 people. It is situated in a silent and pleasant neighborhood, within a short walking distance from the famous museums, churches and bridges of Firenze and with easy access to cafees, restaurants, markets and shops. Giuseppe was ready to give advice about every subject we asked about. The communication with him was immidiate, excellent, informative, warm and very welcoming from the day of reservation and throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back!

We had a great time in Florence, and everything was very walkable from Andrea's place. It also had a beautiful balcony with lots of natural light. Andrea was very helpful, showed us around the apartment and gave us lots of tips on what to do in the area and places to eat. The pizza place he recommended was amazing!! Thanks again!

We had a lovely stay in this spotless elegant apartment in the centre of the old part of Lucca. Good wifi, kitchen well equipped. Communication with Salvatore was excellent. We had a problem identifying the location of the keysafe from Salvatore’s directions and his photograph (the keysafe is locked to a pipe about 1.5m to the left of the front door) but after a few texts back and forth it was resolved! This is a delightful apartment and we would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in old Lucca.

Michela was attentive for receiving and guiding us on the parking lot and accompanied us to the apt, which by the way is very beautiful and comfortable.

Everything was perfect! Friendly and very helpful host. Flexible with Check-in. Easy and fast Communication. Very clean, quiet and spacious. Good located, close to railway-Station and to the City Center. We would definitivly recommend the place!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Anto's place. He met us for checkin to show us around. He was very hospitable and provided us with a list of recommended restaurants. We liked being close to the train station but not too far from the center of town. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer.

Francesco was a wonderful host and very friendly . His apartment was comfortable and we found ourselves feeling at home . I recommend it if you want to be a bit outside the center but still close.

We had a wonderful stay. Chiara was very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit. The accommodation is lovely and the surrounding garden is perfect for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommended.

Very clean apartment, but I didn't see that there were only two small windows which makes the apartment dark there are no windows in the rooms which is a shame, the view is magnificent very quiet and relaxing. The accommodation is well heated even a little too hot, I couldn't lower the temperature but I didn't ask either. Otherwise the jacuzzi and Turkish bath were very nice. I still recommend the apartment to rest in the quiet of a charming little village with all the necessities nearby. Andrea is always available to answer our questions. Thank you

Stop here for a few days of peace and harmony and be fascinated by the stories of these places told by Marco and Alessandro, welcoming and kind people. Their enthusiasm for the village and the paths that surround it is contagious. Share the evenings by enjoying a good glass of wine, cool off by the stream under the house, and explore the trails around the house nestled in the woods. The house has everything you need: the bed is very comfortable and the water in the house comes directly from the mountain stream, clear and genuine. I recommend bringing some nurseries, as there are no shops nearby except several kilometers away. Here you will find absolute tranquility, fresh air and ancient stories. No cars, pollution, and dangers for children - a real dream! Time passes very slowly, bringing the rhythm of life back to a human dimension. If you are looking for a place to regenerate your body and mind, this is definitely the POS

Patrizia’s home was very spacious and rustic. Great base camp to see the surrounding areas and great amenities nearby.

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

Unique accommodation with beautiful garden and pool - perfect for relaxing and relaxing as it is very quiet. Excellent place to stay: extremely clean and easy to reach. Pisa and Lucca can be reached in minutes by car or train. Restaurants are within walking distance. We will definitely be back!
