Loft holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Genoa

Amazing place, best possible location in the old town of Genoa. Historical building, cute apartment, excellent for a couple, small family or 2-3 friends. Great host, super responsive and helpful in every regard. He had so many tips and recommendations for our trip. And the highlight for me was the garden outside the apartment with olive trees and birds singing in the morning. Very charming indeed!

The house, despite being equipped with appliances and furnishings that are a little dated, has everything you need, is very welcoming and in a great location. Paola was very helpful and gave us very useful tips for our vacation.

Diego's house is practical, spacious (there were 4 of us and although it was an open space we were very comfortable), bright, quiet, with a balcony with a nice view. The house has everything you need for a good stay. The property is very special since they are ancient warehouses expertly renovated with care. The area is quiet and close to the most beautiful attractions. We had a very close parking space that Diego booked us at a very competitive price. Diego was an accurate and responsive host. We had a great time!

Paola’s loft is such a charming place to stay in Genoa. Super central, in an old medieval tower from the thirteenth century. The loft is cozy and we felt home from the first moment. Paola is a great host, we were provided with all the information we need to get to the flat and many tips about getting around Genoa. Paola is very nice and proactive. The tower is such a special place to stay in Genoa!

Would definitely stay at Enrico's if we are ever lucky enough to stay at Rapallo again, fabulous location within walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, waterfront and trains

Very responsive and gave us clear instructions to enter the studio. We were very happy with the place and it was perfectly situated in town next to a coffee shop with fresh pastry’s aswell as ice cream shops and a 24hr convenience store :)

We received an extremely friendly welcome by Sandra. The place was very clean and well stocked. A private staircase leads directly to the beach promenade. We are very satisfied!

I spent a month and really enjoyed. The Loft. The loft is roomy and a nice place to relax and enjoy the sites and sounds of Genoa. Central located to public transportation and makes it easy to get around the city. Carlo has a great love for the history and culture of Genoa and likes to share that with his guest. He is very accommodating and helpful during my visit. Very easy to walk to the port and also to Piazza Ferrari. Definitely will stay there on my nextvisit to Genoa.
