Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Metropolitan City of Genoa

We loved her place! She was extremely friendly and helpful. The area is absolutely stunning; favorite stay in our European trip with the ocean at your front door, literally. The only thing is that I was nervous until I got there about where the actual place was but it made sense once I was there. Parking is not very easy in the area but we did find free parking near the place. We literally walked everywhere anyway once we were there and slept with the windows open listening to ocean all night. Honestly we didn’t even visit Cinque Terre because we loved the area so much we didnt see a need to go elsewhere. Marcella was super nice!

We spent one week at the end of April at six. Communication with Federico has always been great. Very responsive, friendly, welcoming and super flexible in terms of check-in and checkout times. Really no pressure and it's very much appreciated. What about the home, the landscape and the village...just an extraordinary break. Compliant, see even better than pictured! Plus, the weather was also better than expected! It's just extremely beautiful and peaceful. The house is high so you have to be in shape to walk up from the beach. With teenagers, it's feasible. In addition, we cross a nice path to go up. On the other hand, it's difficult if you have toddlers and stroller. The road is narrow and winding but a parking space is available near the house. In this season we had no difficulty parking downstairs, paying but reasonable rates. Aged 13-50, we all highly recommend!!

Valerio and Michaela were wonderful hosts. The house has a breathtaking view of Rapallo and the sea and is overall very cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and our welcoming hosts!

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The property has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and also a washing machine and dryer are provided. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to take at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

We had a lovely stay in Michele's apartment. Michele is a very nice, obliging and accommodating host. The apartment is clean, well furnished and maintained and it is newer than in the photos. The beds are very comfortable, which is very conducive to rest. The sea view from the window and from the two balconies is beautiful. The grounds and the pool are also well maintained and the pool was still filled with water. We recommend Michele's apartment.

We stayed one night at Stefano's property. We had a really great time, very clean spaces, perfect as a couple and as a group.

We had a really lovely stay at Mia’s place with our 3 year old and two dogs. The garden is fully fenced and secure which was perfect. Great location with amazing views and close to the beach and restaurants. The house is equipped with everything needed so there is no need to take anything extra which is lovely. Very comfortable beds!

I know Bogliasco well, it is a village that I love very much and when I can I look for a solution to spend a few days relaxing by the sea, more easily out of season. Elena's apartment has a spectacular view of the sea, inside a beautiful building from the early 1900s and with a beautiful garden. Strategically located with convenient amenities and places to reach. The interiors are spacious, comfortable, very stylish, and with thoughtful lighting. We'd love to come back in a milder season to enjoy the beautiful terrace.

Milena and Massimo went over and above, for our stay. Excellent knowledge, they were happy to share. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The R&R was just what we needed in a wonderful home. They helped us out with a USB socket and and charging cable and the sparkling wine was a lively suprise. Maybe a Bluetooth speaker would be a good purchase for your home for some soft evening music. Wonderful friendly welcome ...thank you. We would definitely recommend....or come back ourselves another time! Bless you.

We stayed in Nicolò's beautiful house from August 4 to 18, my wife and I and our 2 children aged 8 and 9. We had a great time. We took advantage of the opportunity to eat outdoors and the comfortable swimming pool of the residence. We never had any parking issues. The sea can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Everything is perfect! Piero is always available to accommodate my every request! Beautiful apartment and very clean!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Roberta’s place! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Roberta was a lovely host — very kind and welcoming. She gave us a few helpful local tips that really made our trip even better. The area is quiet, with the seafront just a short walk away, as well as a large supermarket and plenty of great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nice apartment. Bad for tall people.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful! Tastefully decorated, perfectly clean, and very well equipped. And of course, the view was amazing! The town centre (with lots of nice restaurants, local shops) and the beach were about 10 minutes walk away. It was quite a down/uphill walk as the whole town is located on a hill. For us it was not an issue but maybe a little tricky for elderly people or small kids. Camogli and the whole area is truly beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay there. The place was very nice and clean. The terrace was the highlight. In case of problems, you could always reach Daniela quickly. There was a parking garage, which is tight, but the hosts also had a solution. So everything is great. There was also a washing machine in the property.

Picked this apartment to stay because it looked like it had a very convenient location. For me it turned out to be a great location and a very comfortable place! Just as per the photos, with nice views from every room! Lots of light and air. Very good internet. There are nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and all kind of shops. Chiara and her husband were very responsive and helpful. Keep in mind that like in most of the older buildings in Genova, you take the elevator from the 1st floor - not the ground floor, you will need to walk up a flight of stairs.

The apartment is in a great location and very cozy! And the sunny roof terrace a big plus:)

Davide welcomed us warmly, despite our late arrival, and kindly took the time to give us a full tour of the property and help us understand some of its incredible history. The apartment is stunning and a world treasure, yet also somehow very comfortable and peaceful. We all slept and worked really well here. We loved the local bakery and walked everywhere - to the historic centre and even to Boccadasse. It was a wonderful trip and we'd like ve to come back one day! Grazie mille, Davide e Genova!

We had the best time staying at Carlo and Lucia’s place! The view is spectacular and the home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We felt very safe and Lucia and Carlo were fast at answering any questions or requests we might have. We spend a week of vacation with our three little kids and the house was well equipped with everything we needed from baby chair and bed to microwave. Also the city of Recco was a nice experience to visit. We would love to go back!

This is a very comfortable apartment with a gorgeous view. It is not in central Genoa but transportation is easy. It takes only 20 minutes to get to the city center. The hosts are lovely people and had great recommendations.

We had a great time in the apartment and in Genoa despite a very difficult arrival due to traffic on the highway and the Mont Blanc tunnel. The host was very responsive to our requests and was good advice. The apartment is very nice and a beautiful sea view. Very nice terrace that we couldn't enjoy because of the weather. We had such a lovely stay at Ornela’s. The accomodation was very well contained, tidy and practical, perfect for our little one as there was a toy corner which he loved. A great space and with a beautiful garden/seating area outside. Ornela was an excellent host. I recommend a stay here! Great for a family.
