Townhome holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Genoa

Paola is a wonderful, very warm hostess who cares about the comfort of her guests. The house and garden are at guests' disposal. On the ground floor there is a large living room, kitchen, toilet and a small terrace. On the second floor there are three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the third floor there is a room with access to a large terrace. The house is equipped with everything you might need and even more. There are all possible household appliances and tableware. Paola provided us with a lot of information that made shopping and sightseeing very easy. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with mobility problems, because the surroundings require walking up and down on stony surface. Access to the house by a large car may be difficult - the access road is very winding, with a significant narrowing between the buildings at one moment, and a large van may have problems with its width - it is worth to agree the details with Paola.

Ein absolut fantastischer Aufenthalt! Silvia ist eine herzliche und engagierte Gastgeberin – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Aussicht einfach atemberaubend. Der Kaffee am Morgen war himmlisch und die frische Focaccia ein echter Genuss! Check-in und Check-out liefen völlig reibungslos und flexibel. Wir hätten uns kein schöneres Erlebnis wünschen können und kommen definitiv wieder. 100% Weiterempfehlung!

Très belle localisation avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Maison spacieuse, propre et bien équipée pour passer de très belles soirées en famille. Nombreux couchages mais à savoir qu’il y a deux chambres et pas trois, la troisième chambre étant au grenier, et une banquette lit dans le salon. Malgré la chaleur, nous avons pu utiliser un lit au grenier. Très bonne communication avec Agostino. Très bien placé pour aller sur les 5 terres, Sestri Levante et Portofino. Je recommande.

Overall great, small private house, very friendly. Couldnt use stove although there was tea and coffee, that was weird. She was friendly.

We highly recommend Dorota’s place. The house and the garden are perfect, beautifully decorated and super functional. It is a great location to rest and visit the surroundings. Dorota is a wonderful host, responsive and above all welcoming.

Despite partly miserable weather we had a lovely stay in Annamaria’s house. She was always very (!) responsive, giving us excellent tips for local attractions and things to do. The house is spacious enough for 4 people (our group size), nice, well located (3 min walking distance to the beach) and is extremely well equipped with everything you need for a stay (especially if you like cooking as we did/ do). We spent 10 wonderful days in her house and are seriously considering to come back sometime next year.

Schönes Airbnb mit einem tollen Ausblick! Chiavari ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und Portofino und die Cinque Terre sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Francesca hat gut geklappt!

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti e posso confermare le recensioni positive. L'alloggio è molto vicino al casello Genova est ed al quartiere Marassi, quindi comodo per raggiungere sia il centro che altre località della zona. Gli host sono cordiali e disponibili: ci hanno dato molte informazioni utili. Lo consiglio.

Le logement d’Andrea est véritablement une perle! Très mignon, bien au calme et plus grand que ce que les photos laisseraient à supposer. Les parents d’Andrea sont sur place, très discrets, avenants et attentionnés. Beaucoup de visites possibles à pied, ou depuis la gare (15 minutes à pied) Des possibilités de se garer facilement et gratuitement à proximité, hors haute saison.
