The house among olive trees

AliceRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

Olive Tree Hill: Private Chalet near Rome

JoyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Ivano and Terhi were BY FAR the most welcoming, thoughtful and kind hosts we have EVER experienced on our travels. Right from the get go, Tehri welcomed us with a shuttle from the Zagorolo station and we felt right at home in the little cottage. Ivano gave us some tips on what to do and asked us to reach out if we got stuck in the rain and needed a ride or needed help with how to spend our time. The place is cosy and an easy 25m stroll to the station and supermarket. We enjoyed delightful days exploring the area and then came home to our little cottage surrounded by olives eating homemade Italian food. Ivano and Terhi went above and beyond. Their kindness was so refreshing after a few weeks of being treated like "tourists". If you are wanting to explore Rome, experience Italian hospitality and not be swallowed up by the busy streets and traffic, this is the place for you! If we ever come to Italy again, we will stay here for sure!!! thank you Ivano and Terhi for the beautiful moments ❤

Bungalow

A very positive experience! Quiet and secluded place, surrounded by nature with magnificent trees that brought shade, fresh air and silence. To get around it is better to have a car, so you can reach the various destinations comfortably. The internet and the phone doesn't take at all, really slow. But you won't notice! It's great even without the net. Accommodations are clean, but some bugs or spiders can sometimes get in from the windows! They didn't bother me! :) A simple and very relaxing vacation!

Lovely mid-century apartment with stunning terrace

CalumRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Maddalena's place was excellent for a month-long stay in Rome. It was everything it appeared to be in the photos, and the rooftop terrace made it one of the most beautiful Airbnb's that I've stayed in. Adding a huge Thank You to Roberta, who helped me check in, and was extremely kind in driving me to the airport on the morning I checked out! Thank you so, so much!

After spending 24 hours on cramped airplanes and long layovers, we arrived in Rome tired and cranky. Alex welcomed us with the warm Italian hospitality that keeps us coming back to this amazing country. The space is comfortable, private, and it makes a perfect base camp if you want to explore Rome and the surrounding areas. Sonia and Alex provided plenty of great suggestions for nearby food and activities. We would definitely love to return!

Glamping under the stars! #1

LudovicaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
great stay, too bad for the weather but despite the rain it still had something magical as a place. Completely immersed in nature, really very good as a host and as a hiking guide. In fact, we did trekking with simone, chatting a lot and discovering new things. Very prepared and handy, beautiful place

Romantic rooftop hideaway in Rome

MarleneRating, 5 stars4 days ago
A must stay when in Rome. Very centrally located to all the attractions, but loved that her place was in a quiet spot tucked away a few streets over. There were a few family restaurants in the area, plus some small shops. Also the view from the rooftop terrace is beautiful. Her place is small, but has everything you would need to have a comfortable place to rest your head at night. My husband loved the firm mattress. A great first visit to Italy. Thankful we found your wonderful place.
