This old farmhouse renovated into a house (100 m2)has 3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 cribs, 1 high chair On the ground floor: a kitchen with a large storage room, a bathroom and a living room. Paisible studio - La Caminiere

Come and stay in this studio between the Berry and the Sologne. On one side you will enjoy the calm of nature, and the Châteaux of the Loire. On the other hand, come and experience the madness of the famous Beauval Zoo. We will be happy to welcome you with your four-legged animals, provided you notify us. However, they will not be able to stay alone at the studio in your absence. Arrivals start at 7 p.m. (with exceptions). Celine and Christophe.

Totally independent accommodation like a studio. Quiet, large garden, near city center. Private parking. About 20 m2. WiFi. Possibility of garage for motorcycle. It is also possible to take advantage of the 8X4 m swimming pool to negotiate apart from the contract. I sometimes block dates that may be available for long-term stays, please let me know to check. Country house, in the calm and greenery, in the heart of the Berry, which has been completely renovated. You will discover the surroundings: Beauval zoo (20 km), the Chateaux de la Loire (Chenonceaux, Chambord...), the castle of Valencay, the Brenne natural park, the Haute Touche reserve... Rated 3*, in the heart of a wine village, on its 700 m2 garden, our 49 m2 wood home, very cocooning is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. The hot tub, on the covered terrace, is heated all year long and is just for you. the nearest shops (bakery, grocery store, butcher shop) are 4km away in THENAY and all other shops 7km away. Furnished tourist property not suitable for hosting people with disabilities. NO A/C but 2 fans
