Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

The home is named Casa CaliMex because of its Chic Bohemian beach modern design which mixes styles from California and Mexico. Every detail is literally a custom piece of art you will enjoy. Head to the rooftop and unwind, play a game of pool in the entertainment lounge, or layout and cool down by floating around in the infinity pool while enjoying the gorgeous panoramic views of the mountains and sea. The interior design of the unit "Casa CaliMex" is a cool bohemian modern beach vibe which brings Cali and Mexico decor in one. The goal is that our guest feel like they are 100% on vacation while they enjoy all the amazing amenities of the home. More pics coming soon. Our guest have access to all the amenities such as pools, entertainment areas on the rooftop and gym. There is also free wifi in the entire building such as lobby, rooftop and apartment. If our guest need any suggestions of what to do or places to go eat we are happy to assist. Our goal is to help provide the best experience for our guests. Hands down the best location in the heart of PV Romantic Zone. The apartment is in a secure and welcoming neighborhood. There are many boutique shops, inspiring art galleries, delicious local restaurants, lively bars, and the famous sparkling beaches all within easy walking distance. Explore comfortably and discover your piece of Beautiful Mexico. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and down to earth. Getting around is easy. Just a short walk. The area has no hikes up any mountains or stairs. Ubers are also available in Puerto Vallarta and are very inexpensive. Relax and Enjoy! :)

We are providing luxury living at the beach in the best location. Our penthouse is 2 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths with sweeping views of the ocean and beach, located in a beautiful resort. Swim up to the bar in one of the pools, following up with a poolside massage. Request an on-site surfing lesson before heading the few steps to the sands. A Beautiful Classic, Out of the Ordinary

CONTINUOUS RELIABLE WIFI. White shutters open, letting sun into a gorgeous interior full of artisan touches. The residence is quite unique in Playa del Carmen. We have retained the freshness of the colonial Caribbean architecture with, the many large white shutter openings, hand crafted everything! Furniture, cabinets, windows and doors, even the coloured floor tiles are handmade brought in from Merida. The tree-lined street is mostly residential, but with shops and a restaurant .
