Nestled in the heart of the mountains, this small stone house is set in a delightful green setting. Nestled by a small stream for a relaxing atmosphere, this cottage can accommodate 7 people. L'Essujadou, formerly a chestnut drying room, has now been transformed into this gîte, offering a relaxing stay for the whole family in a secluded location that is shaded in summer and accessible by car. A pleasant, natural setting, away from the city and the grid; Thueyts and its shops are a 5-minute drive away.

This place has kept the character of the hamlets of yesteryear, a quiet and authentic environment in the middle of chestnut trees with stunning views of the castle of Ventadour at the foot of the Ardèche. This stone cottage designed for 6 people, is arranged on 2 levels and has 3 bedrooms and 2 terraces.

In the heart of the Parc des Monts d'Ardèche, surrounded by chestnut trees, you will enjoy the calm and sweetness of life. You can admire the starry sky at night far from any light pollution and wake up in the morning to the sound of birds singing. A cruel dilemma will then be offered to you: walk or swim?

In an old mill, near the rivers, you will find a spacious, fully renovated 115 m² cottage, with a large 70 m² room with a floor that is refreshing in summer and 7 possible beds. Two bathrooms. A small grassy outdoor area is available for your use. 20 minutes from Aubenas, 5 minutes from the spa of Neyrac les Bains, 5 minutes from the rivers and at the foot of hiking and mountain biking trails, close to climbing sites and beautiful villages such as Thueyts and Jaujac.
