Bergerie de 1730 en pierre,soigneusement rénovée avec beaucoup de charme ,pour un sejour unique nichée dans un écrin de verdure d' un hectare en bord de rivière. havre de paix et authenticité deconection assurés , terrain de pétanque, balançoire Piscine chauffée traitement au sel , rideau électrique (chauffée mi Avril à mi Septembre ) que si la températeure atteint minimum de 15 degrés. dimenssions de 6m x 3 m, ce havre de paix est à 11km du lac d’Aiguebelette et 15 km du lac du Bourget.

We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
