Ideal for a holiday in the sun: Meze, its port, its beach. 2 large terraces with panoramic views of the lagoon, for lunch and breakfast in the sun. Very light apartment, 79m2, crossing, west facing, floor-to-ceiling windows + 40m2 of terraces. Attention: the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator... but the view is at this price...;-) Secure residence, intercom, WiFi. Central heating, double glazing, fans in summer. Shops on foot. Relax in our fully renovated, air-conditioned apartment, with its magnificent terrace overlooking the chapel, pond and Mont St Clair. You won't need your car anymore! You'll be just a stone's throw from the beach, the port and its restaurants, as well as the market halls, and Intermarché is just a 10-minute walk away. The duplex apartment on the second floor (no elevator) has 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Bed linen and towels can be rented.

Nice 30 m² apartment on the 1st floor of a secure residence, provided with all comforts for 4 people. It is located 20 m from the "beach" of the pond that you will see from the window when you lean out. Close to the port, restaurants, market (Thursday and Sunday), market hall, shops, kindergarten, cinema, boulodrome. Free parking is within 5 minutes. You will love its calm, its proximity to the beach, the short trips to restaurants and the shuttle to go to Sète.

Ideally located 250 meters from the Étang de Thau, overlooking the pond and 700 meters from the beaches, on the first floor of a villa, very comfortable staircase, separate entrance, very well insulated, it is perfect for couples and families (with kids) equipped with sun loungers, parasol, table for eight people, southwest facing, very nice.
