la Maison Brocante

This property is perfect for 4 people however it is not suitable for anyone with a mobility issue. The entrance from the street is directly into the kitchen/living area, beautifully laid out and a staircase weaves its way to the first floor, where there is a large double bedroom, with ensuite shower room, and a Juliet window to the street below. A separate toilet is also on this floor, shared by the second bedroom, which is on the top floor, complete with a double bed and ensuite shower room.

An open-plan kitchen and dining area features modern furnishings and ample natural light. A large island is surrounded by white bar stools, while expansive glass doors provide a view of the outdoor terrace. Soft wooden flooring adds warmth to the space.

You're in my home, without me;-). You will therefore have all the comfort of a house equipped with 6 beds plus 4 extra beds. I built this house with love and quality materials (interior and exterior acoustic joinery, roller shutters, ducted air conditioning, large showers, very good bedding, etc.)
