Very warm and comfortable, it is located in the historic center, within walking distance of bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacy, newsstand and ski bus stop for the nearby facilities of the Marilleva/Folgarida/Madonna di Campiglio ski area. Bus connection also to Tonale and Pejo a few kilometers away.

L'appartamento ARIA comunica leggerezza. I toni candidi lasciano protagonista la vista lago. L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano (4°) Passando dal retro della casa si dovrà solo fare un piano a piedi per raggiungere l'appartamento. Essendo una ristrutturazione conservativa non dispone di ascensore.

CASA GRANELLO ancient renovated house in Mezzana

The house was created from the renovation of the old farmhouse of Casa Maturi, one of the historic houses in Mezzana. Immersed in the quiet of the upper part of the town, Casa Granello is ideal for families and groups who want a quiet and authentic accommodation, but still close to all basic services. The accommodation, furnished in a simple and familiar way, consists of two independent apartments (NORTH/SOUTH) communicating with each other, both equipped with kitchen and bathroom.

A two-level apartment with a large living area, perfect for up to 10 people. Spacious, with a large dining room and a seating area, finished with attention to detail and unique design. Fully equipped kitchen. Apartment with a terrace and mountain views. Guests have access to a bath lounge with a private sauna. The sauna is located in the apartment and is available only to its guests. We have two more apartments in the same building, in total there is room for 20 people in Casa.

Beautiful apartment in Mezzana, Val Di Sole. Perfect for families with children for winter and summer holidays. Guests have at their disposal 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a private garden with a terrace, a garage (2.1 m high) and parking spaces. There is also an elevator in the building. The apartment area is approximately 70 m2 plus approximately 80 m2 of garden with terrace (in summer with garden furniture, deckchairs, umbrella and barbecue)

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.
