Wake up with sea views

Hello :) Do you like bright, quiet and comfortable houses? With sea views? Good, then keep reading. Our house is in a private complex in Pino Alto, 2' from the beach and less than 10' walk from L'Hospitalet de l'Infant. When you wake up, from bed, you see the sea. That could be the best thing in the house, but there is more. (I'll tell you below). SOMETHING IMPORTANT: In the house there is a portable air conditioner that works very well, but there is no central air conditioning.

A wooden terrace with a spacious table is accented by a woven basket containing lush green plants. The sea is visible in the background, with a clear blue sky and gentle waves lapping at the shore. Palm trees are seen swaying gently in the breeze.

The vineyards belong to the DO Monsant and is situated a few kilometres from DOQ Priorat. Within 50 minutes from the beach and an 1h from Port Aventura. Ideal for a family fun day out.

Nice 90m2 apartment with a dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, full bathroom and a toilet. It has an outdoor area with a barbecue. The kitchen is well-equipped, the dining room and the master bedroom have ceiling fans, and the bedrooms have independent thermostats for the air conditioning. The pool is communal but not very crowded. It is close to Playa Cristal, a supermarket, bars, a bakery, a pharmacy, and other shops. 20 minutes to Portaventura and Ferrari Land.
