Holiday rentals with a pool in Middle Franconia

Wonderful apartment with an inviting garden and really extremely nice hosts. Good starting point for all kinds of activities and excursions. We felt very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at Lilly and Rolf’s place together with our friends and kids and had a wonderful stay. They were very kind in letting us check in early and made sure we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with seasonal drinks and given great recommendations. Their place is a short walk to the subway and the accommodation is really comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my one night stay at Maxim‘s place. Check-in was easy and the place matched the description. The fireplace was not functioning but a portable heater was provided. As described, the toilet and shower were in the basement of the next building. The U-Bahn station is just a few mins walk away.

Nice spacious house, right on the hotel so good food literally around the corner. Easy to find, nice beds, simply furnished but everything present. Great home.

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! A great house, extremely modern with high quality appliances - so the household was simply worked out for our 10-day household and didn't feel like a burden. Also the outdoor area is beautiful, lots of greenery, a nice pool and the sauna was a highlight. Tobias proactively gave us suggestions for the beautiful surroundings, always responded quickly to questions and helped. Overall a very successful vacation and we would be happy to come back.

Everything was really as described online in the place. All rooms were spotlessly cleaned. Air conditioning, swimming pool, sauna, foosball and darts make even the longest stay super pleasant and varied. The sauna and pool can be used completely unrestricted was a huge plus for our group. The outdoor area is equipped with enough furniture and there is enough space to arrange it as you want. A little thing that needs a little extra effort is the seclusion to shopping. There is no supermarket within walking distance. But that was also known from the start and also nothing Jürgen can do. Conclusion: Any time again! Was definitely worth its price (6.).

We spent a few nice, quiet and relaxing days in the private spa and felt very comfortable with the friendly hosts and the modern, clean apartment. A paper guide provided offers lots of inspiration for things to do and restaurants. We definitely recommend the place.

Just WOW 🤩 i see a lot of houses or apartments but this was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen so far. The mix of rustic and modern simply top! Gerlinde is a super host with a great place to stay. We'd love to come back!
