Unsere gemütliche Wohnung im Stadtteil Etwashausen bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge am Main und im fränkischen Umland. In nur 150 Metern erreicht man zu Fuß das malerische Mainufer. Von dort aus kann man auf den Main-Radweg gelangen oder einen Spaziergang am Kitzinger Stadtbalkon und durch die Altstadt unternehmen. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss mit Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essecke, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Balkon bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen.

The apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms. In the living room (with projector) and in the bedroom (with TV), you can relax and watch TV ☺️ Since I live in the apartment myself, personal items are in cupboards, drawers, on the walls. However, I will set up enough free subjects for you - I hope that's okay for you 😊
