Our small, newly renovated corner house in a preferred, quiet residential area is looking forward to welcoming you! Excellent transport links, 3 minutes to the highway, less than 10 minutes to the historic center, airport, and exhibition center. All attractions can be reached by public transportation. Grocery store, bakery, butcher, and S-Bahn station in the immediate vicinity. Good parking situation. 5-minute walk to the Pegnitzufer recreational area. Directly in nature and in the city
