“I absolutely loved Samanthas place!!!!! Extremely clean/ cute/ great location. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I was honestly surprised that there was such a good quality bed in an air bnb. They were also considerate and put coffee and filtered water in the fridge. Netflix/WIFI available. Def would recommend staying here. We didn’t walk around outside but the Neighborhood also seems safe from what I can tell by driving in the car.”
Pour a cup of coffee and enjoy the view of the garden and goldfish pond. Cultured as a meditation and massage studio for over 20 years, the vaulted shiplap ceiling maximizes natural light, while clever lighting makes the loft space a further haven.
“I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience for having wonderful moment in Kathi’s tiny house in her back yard! Location was good since it is on cliff or hill which I don’t see in flat town Houston. It was only 10 mins drive from famous districts in Dallas central area. Kathi always had care about us whether we are comfortable during the stays. I would recommend her tiny house for future visitors to Dallas.”
Amazing in-city hideaway. Located on a nearly 2-acre property in Dallas' North Oak Cliff neighborhood, 5-10 minutes from the Bishop Arts district and 10-15 minutes from downtown Dallas.
“This bungalow is absolutely wonderful! The whole space is a work of art.....Tucked away and secluded, surrounded by trees and green space, you feel like you are in the country instead of minutes from downtown Dallas. The furnishings and artwork are reminiscent of a writer’s workshop or a retreat house. After a long day’s drive on the highway, it was just lovely to sit with a glass of wine and take in all the beautiful, eclectic pieces on display! The loft bedroom was like sleeping in a tree house....really fun! Thank you, Jim, for sharing this truly peaceful place!”
