There is only parking for 2 cars. Guest MUST be listed. Any other cars will be seen by neighbors and our exterior cameras and parties will be shut down immediately

Enjoy this garden-view guest apartment with private entrance and porch located in our beautiful historic home on the most desirable block of Midtown, a few steps from Overton Park, Rhodes College, Crosstown Concourse, and Overton Square. We invite you to enjoy the ambiance of the garden with a large 5-tiered fountain as its centerpiece. This inviting suite will be a peaceful retreat as you visit our great city. Our house is located in the heart of midtown, walkable to Overton Park (running/bike trails, the Memphis Zoo, Levitt Shell, Brooks Museum, and golf course) and Overton Square (live music, great restaurants, a movie theater, and playhouses). The house itself has 2 bedrooms each with a king-size bed, kitchen, a screened-in deck, and two living spaces perfect for relaxing and catching your favorite movie. Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime (including PBS Kids) are complimentary.

Historic Cooper Young Midtown Shotgun House

Circa 1902 shotgun home is restored to its vivid roots & we retained original Memphis Character! We’ve used vintage furnishings alongside vintage & original artworks. In Cooper Young, it's a 5 minute walk to music, restaurants, breweries, bars, coffee, Liberty Bowl, galleries, and record & bookstores. Narrow drive for small car parking or on street for larger vehicles. No TV ( enjoy!). Guests must have 3+ reviews to book due to garbage humans in the past.
