Spacious, self-contained 60 m² accommodation surrounded by greenery, just a few minutes from Alençon. Large living room (fibre broadband), large bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, functional (but compact) shower room. Enclosed garden; dogs are welcome. My cocker spaniel is 100% OK as a dog. A perfect place to work and stay in peace and quiet. Close to all shops.
