A private entry and plenty of on street parking make arrival and departure easy. The comfortable living room has a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps two people as well as a pull out twin bed. The kitchen has a full size stove and refrigerator as well as a toaster oven and electric kettle. One bedroom has a full size bed & the other has a twin/trundle. The Apartment is in what back in the day was the town doctor's office and is attached to the owner's house. We think you'll be very comfortable!

This walkout guest studio w/private entrance and kayaks along the River Raisin is located halfway between Ann Arbor, MI and Toledo, OH. Cabela's Bass Pro, is a 5 minute drive. If you prefer small towns and local shops, a quick walk takes you to Dundee shops and restaurants. Pickle ball and riverside park are also a short walk away. Other charming towns are Tecumseh, 20 min. drive w/great hiking, and Milan, 15 min. drive. Portable full size bed and pack & play available for a third guest.

Roughly 15 min to UM stadium, 3 min to highway I-94, 25 min to the DTW Airport. Close to Chinese grocery store, Kroger, Meijer, Various restaurants nearby. You will have access to main floor and second floor and balcony, plus a nice massage chair! We are also pet friendly. *Basement and its patio not accessible, the owner stays down stairs.*
