Rental cars with airport transfer is also available. 100% PRIVATE The house is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, icecream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

The swimming pool and outdoor space make all the difference to the quality of your stay. A place between simplicity and character, just outside the city, in a green and quiet environment, is the "FILICUSA" open space, spacious and bright studio of 60 square meters, located in the tavern of a villa where the owners live. It is accessed through a short ramp and is totally independent and quiet. It should be noted that the establishment was originally a TAVERN.

Fast internet (fiber) is accessible everywhere in the house and the pool.
