The property is a small organic-farm isolated in the forest The road is bumpy. You get there by car (not low cars) , on foot or by bicycle. The house 'consists of 1 double bedroom that has huge glass windows into the valley. 1 double bedroom prepared for apitherapy with two hives(summer), 1 bedroom with French bed. Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

Non troverete"il tutto"o"il lusso",non troverete TV e Wifi ma tutto ciò che serve e conta.Non posso promettervi che ci sarà sempre il sole e che questi servizi non vi mancheranno ma troverete il tempo da dedicare a voi stesse e alle persone con cui avete scelto di venire,tempo per ascoltare il silenzio e respirare il profumo del erba e del bosco con le Pale a farvi da tetto.

Benvenuti in Haus Gobbis, una dimora autentica incastonata tra le Dolomiti Bellunesi, dove il tempo rallenta e il legno racconta storie. Qui non si soggiorna, si vive un’esperienza trasformativa. L’appartamento ristrutturato con amore e materiali locali, mantenendo travi originali, arredi scolpiti a mano, tessuti caldi e dettagli alpini che evocano le tradizioni di un tempo. Ogni stanza è un rifugio: il letto del soppalco profuma di larice la luce soffusa crea un’atmosfera intima e raccolta.

Baita rustica di montagna recentemente ristrutturata che offre una splendida vista sulla vallata e mette a disposizione un ampio giardino ideale per rilassarsi a contatto con la natura. Ottimo punto di partenza per passeggiate in montagna, escursioni, sciate.. In macchina si raggiunge il paese di Canal San Bovo in 5 min., Fiera di Primiero in 15 min. circa. Da precisare che gli ultimi cento metri per raggiungere la baita sono di strada sterrata e ghiaiosa. Accettiamo cani di piccola taglia.

La casera dei due cucher

Piccolo rustico già adibito a stalla finemente restaurata in stile dolomitico mantenedo le caratteristiche archittetoniche originali, luminosa ed accogliente. Al piano terra zona giorno composta da cucina attrezzata a vista. Zona living con tv e stube tradizionale. Completa il piano il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Al primo piano due ampie e luminose camere doppie, travi a vista e affaccio sulla vallata e sul Lago di Santa Croce. Due posti auto pertinenziali, ampio giardino non recintato.

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.
