“For our first trip to Glasgow where we were visiting family, we were overwhelmed as to all the properties available to us. However, after sending Ash a message and getting her reply, I knew this was the house for us. She was so chatty, helpful and friendly from the very first contact. Our flight was delayed but Ash made sure that we could check in really easily and that the house was warm and cosy for us. The welcome pack was just what we needed and very much appreciated. Whilst I’m sure this house could appeal to anyone, for us- travelling with two young children, this home was perfect. There were games, books, and all the things you need to make your life easier when travelling with kids as well as for us. The house had everything you’d need to be away from home comfortably. Ash even dropped off some extra supplies midway through our stay (including my daughters cheeky request for drawing paper!) There is nothing we could improve on in this home or with this host. We will be back ASAP! Thanks again Ash.”

“Helen’s place is well situated in a quiet cul-de-sac only half an hour (or less) from the centre of Glasgow . The annex is spacious, clean and modern and nicely decorated. Although there’s no built-in oven or hob, the mini oven, microwave and electric 2 ring hob were more than adequate for preparing meals. The kitchen space is well thought out and there’s a table and chairs you can eat meals at. The bedroom is has good storage and lighting and French doors onto a garden area. There is parking right outside the door. This is a tasteful and well -equipped space for visiting the Glasgow area and Hellen and a Jim were extremely helpful when we had a difficult situation.”
