Villa holiday rentals in Minamiboso

Really nice and clean place. Host was very responsive and had clear instructions. The location was very close to multiple bus stops which was very convenient. Overall, was very pleased with the accommodations.

Where to start.....My husband and I had the good fortune of spending a week at this BEAUTIFUL accommodation in Suginami City. Nestled in a quiet, peaceful community is this lovely apartment that has a separate entrance to the main home. It is very private and spacious. We loved how well cared the property was, with cherished family artwork, furniture and touches throughout. We were given tea and cookies by the host, and were offered rides to and from the nearby train station. This stay will be a highlight to our trip and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone wanting to experience life in Japan like a local. Don't hesitate to book it!

Super clean and quiet space. The stairs are a bit tight so keep that in mind if you have big pieces of luggage. It’s a ways away from all of the “action” of Shinjuku, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. There is a nearby train station and we had no problems getting Ubers and taxis.

Great stay! The location was really good and a pretty close walk to the Ikebukuro station which takes you all over Tokyo. There were shops and restaurants near by as well. The place it was very clean, spacious and comfortable for my group. Julian was also very responsive with anything we needed and also very flexible with check-in & check-out times. I would highly recommend!

The house is 3BR 1 1/2 bath. It is small for six but doable. The place is lovely with tatami heated floors. The location is tucked away in a residential area of Shinjuku. It is a five minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 20 minute walk to Shinjuku Station. It is a bit pricey, but prices are relatively high in Shinjuku.

Great place for a getaway. This is the place to go to relieve all your stress. Every room has an amazing view and the artwork is one of a kind. I recommend this place for every one. It's a must see!

1-3歳の子供連れ3家族で利用しましたが、広くて綺麗な部屋と子供のおもちゃなども豊富にあり、大変快適にくつろいで過ごせました。 ホストの方の返答も早くいただけ、チェックイン等もスムーズでした。

Great place to stay with a larger group in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of options within walking distance with easy access to transit. The room was clean and the bed was good, and having the ability to do laundry was nice. The host was responsive and check in instructions were clear and easy.

Amazing place to stay. We had 3 couples and everyone got their own room (plus extra room for suitcases). The location is very central if you want to hang out in Shinjuku, Shibuya areas. Large kitchen (though we didn’t cook). Big dining table for 6-8 people. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you’d need. We even did a couple loads of laundry. Highly recommend for a group of 6.

9人で宿泊させて頂きました。 立地も駅から近く、ローソンの上とわかりやすかったです。 室内は白を基調とした空間でとても清潔感があり快適に過ごすことができました。

Jkp was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is great - 5 minutes away from the subway. A few minutes away there were very good local restaurants and cafes. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended!

初めてのエアビーでの滞在でした。室内も広々と清潔で、必要なアメニティや調理器具、食器も揃っていました。虫除けやカードゲーム、ヘアアイロンなど、あると助かるものが備えられておりよかったです。 サウナの温め方の急な質問にもすぐに対応していただき、とても親切にしていただきました。 ありがとうございました！ また機会があれば利用させていただきたいです。

画像と同じ、とても綺麗な建物でした。目の前が壮大な海で、癒されました。素晴らしいロケーションで、全員、声が出ました！ キッチンも使い易く、お風呂も大きくゆったりと入る事が出来ました。 また、機会があれば、利用させて頂きたいです。 ありがとうございました。

The View Kamakura was a very unique stay! Amazing views and amenities. Very spacious and clean. The hosts are great with accommodating any needs you may have as a guest. Highly recommend The View Kamakura if you’re looking for a place in the area!

Great location, very clean and modern. Walking distance to stations. Host very responsive and greeted us to show us the place. Would definitely recommended for larger groups (we had 7 people stay) in Tokyo

予約の段階からとても丁寧に対応して下さり、返信も迅速でしたので、安心して旅行を楽しみにして待つことができました。当日は、こちらの段取りが悪く暗くなってしまい道に迷ってしまいましたが、到着してすぐに、清潔で整ったお部屋でゆっくりすることができました。地元のおすすめの食堂やレストランの一覧を事前に送ってくださったので、美味しい食事も楽しむことができました。子どもたちも庭で走ったり、ハンモックに寝てみたり、とても楽しんでおり、また泊まりたい！と言っていました。

これ以上の場所に出会えないんじゃないかと思えるくらい素敵な場所でした！ サウナとプールが付いてるのも魅力的でキッチンも広く、くつろげるスペースも十分で、寝室も目の前に海が広がってて素晴らしかったです！ もっとこうだったらなと思うところがひとつも無く完璧でした😊！ ホストの方も色々返信も早く丁寧で安心出来ました。 また機会があれば是非泊まらせていただきたいです。

きれいで広い場所でした。ゲームもたくさんあり、楽しく過ごせました。

ホストの方も担当の方も丁寧にご説明・ご対応してくださりとても気持ち良い宿泊になりました。宿も大人数でお借りしたため母屋と離れを使わせていただき、広々と過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。 BBQも使いやすく、設備の中にかまって釜があったのも驚きでした！自分達はいけませんでしたが、近くに薪の無人販売があり、そこまでいけばできるようです^^

Villa au top du confort, hôte disponible par messagerie et très réactif. Tout était très propre et l'équipement de qualité. Piscine propre, extérieur propre et bien équipé. Bus à proximité pour se rendre au métro, laverie, supermarché à 2 pas de la villa. Petit restaurant de l'autre côté de la route. Rien à dire à part que tout était parfait. Le seul bé mol est que nous ne sommes pas venu à la bonne période (fin avril) pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine. Je recommande à 100% ce logement de qualité.
