Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Mineral County

Very satisfied. House was extremely clean, kitchen was beautiful and had everything you would need. The stairs were a little challenging for our old legs. But we managed. Thank you again

First time using AirBnB. Very pleased with the location. It was quiet and extremely clean. The host was very accommodating.

Beautiful home with spectacular views in the peaceful mountain setting. Jose was very quick to respond back to us. The house was equipped with towels and sheets as well as basic needs like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags. We were grateful to be able to bring our dogs as well!

This has been my 4th or 5th stay at one of Mikes cabins on the savage and it’s always a pleasure. The area is just downright beautiful, and the property is everything you can ask for. Mike and the guys at the fly shop are always very helpful with anything ya need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Kay was wonderful to work with! I truly enjoy the quiet, peaceful surroundings in the morning while having breakfast on the back porch. We were pleasntly surprised to see pets are welcome once we arrived. May bring our favorite pup with us when we come back!! Thanks for a great stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Lori's place. The home is spacious and clean. We had four little kids with us on the trip and they loved exploring the yard and playing with the toys provided in the living room and shed. The adults in the group enjoyed the hot tub at the end of a long day of activities. We enjoyed the fire pit for roasting smores, and if you have a large enough vehicle (minivan or larger) - you can fit the smaller kayak in the trunk and take it to the lake - which we did! I appreciated all of the small details - lamp lighting, cozy beds, laundry baskets in the closets, coffee maker, gorgeous bathrooms, and a ton of windows/natural lighting. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend vacationing at this home!

This place is incredible. We needed a place to stay for a whole month while moving states. We were greeted so kindly by Lowell and Dottie, ushered into a beautiful home, and given bread and coffee cake! During our long stay, our hosts were incredibly generous towards us, giving us anything we needed and even clearing away the swingset for our son to play on! We loved our interactions with them, and our son numbers them among his friends:) the house itself is worth visiting at any time - full of sweet furniture and practical touches, surrounded by flowers and the sunrise over the hills. We are so grateful for our stay and our lovely hosts. Thank you!!

The Hearth Stone was absolutely amazing. The place is isolated and beautiful for a weekend trip in the middle of the woods. The places looks even better than the pictures! Kitchen and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfortable and the surrounding woods made it the perfect place to connect with nature.

We loved at our stay at this beautiful cabin! The pond in the backyard was the highlight — it led to beautiful views and a nice morning walk each day. The home was so clean and had everything we could possibly need. We had our kids with us and there were board games, puzzles and plenty of toys that they were so excited about. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of blankets in all the rooms (which we needed since it ended up being SO cold). We were expecting a nice, warm spring break getaway, but it ended up being very cold and this cabin proved to be perfect for the cold (and I bet it would’ve been even more fun in warm weather). We made s’mores in front of the beautiful pond one of the evenings. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Ken was also very accommodating and incredibly responsive — he gave us plenty of local recommendations too!

My family had an amazing time at the Baer cabins. Absolutely beautiful, peaceful location with adorable, clean cabins and bathroom. The perfect amount of comfort and convenience while also still feeling like camping! Would highly recommend this location and property!

This place was absolutely AMAZING this was a trip we planned with our family with our 3rd and finale child and it couldn’t have been any better! We also brought our (2) 13 year old labs who of them we just found out has liver cancer and has a short amount of time left with us so this place was just what we need to enjoy our family and love on our old men a little extra! We will defiantly be back to this place!! You won’t regrets staying here! It’s absolutely amazing!!

My boyfriend and I wanted to getaway for the weekend with our pup. The sleepy hollow campground were exactly what we needed. The A-frame was quaint, cozy, and perfect. The grounds were extremely well maintained. The running water at the bath house was also a big reason we booked, it was updated with good hot water pressure. 10/10 would come back again for a relaxing weekend.

We stayed here on a Thurs-Sun trip for a family wedding. We had 5 to the house and had plenty of room. The property and cabin are just beautiful and so peaceful. It's all very rustic and rural so you must be comfortable with that to stay here, but it was such an amazing value for what we paid and we were like 15 mins from the venue so it couldn't have been better. High pressure, hot water showers without issue and loads of DVDs and games to choose from as well as good wifi service in the house. Fort Ashby and the surrounding area were wonderful little towns although we didn't have as much time to explore as I would have liked. Finding the place is a bit of a doozy and requires pretty carefully following the host's instructions, so I highly suggest finding it on Google satellite map image and arriving during the daytime. The driveway is steep but not that bad really in warm/good weather. Would recommend this place to anyone!

The house was great, exactly as pictured! Would definitely recommend and plan to return at some point in the future!
