Excellent location for a family to visit San Miguel.

Our stay at Pola's house was excellent, the description is exact, the house is Mexican style, beautifully decorated with crafts, spacious, very well equipped , not a new house, as she herself indicates, but well maintained, comfortable and pleasant. The pool is a plus, my grandchildren and her parents also enjoyed it very much, the water at a pleasant temperature. The pool table was great family entertainment. The house is not located in the center of San Miguel de Allende but in a quiet and beautiful colony a five minute drive from downtown and very close to shopping centers. Pola is an accessible person, nice, friendly and with very good recommendations to enjoy a few days of vacation to the fullest. Highly recommended!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

The place is beautiful and the type of place I would love to call home. The only downside is that it's a 20 minute walk to Centro but there are plenty of great places to eat on the way. The City Market is also only a 5 minute walk away and a great place to stock up on supplies. Book it! you won't be sorry.

Cecilia’s place was very nice. We were there for my Son’s wedding. It was in a great location for everything. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean. The rooms were very large and had multiple outside spaces. The rooftop deck was awesome with beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this house for multiple families.

MaFer was an excellent host. She answered all my questions and made my experience smooth and easy. The residence is great and full of amenities. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay within a few minutes of downtown.

The hosts were always available, the subdivision is very quiet, the house quite tidy, the pool very clean. You must leave the subdivision to walk the dog and do their needs since if it does in the green areas within the fractionation te can be fined. Good location, highly recommended accommodation.

Everything was perfect! Excellent communication with Lu and the apartment is just like the photos and also has several things that make the stay more pleasant like salt, sugar, coffee, water! Definitely highly recommended, we will stay here again when we return to Queretaro. Many thanks Lu!

A lovely place to enjoy with family and friends. No alcohol sales after 9 p.m.

Above all, I highlight Alejandra's proactive communication. The depa is very spacious and bright and the building is very quiet, zero night noise. The two rooms are very spacious too. We were surprised for good that I had 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with a shower (we would recommend replacing the two shower exits with new ones as the water came out in a very dispersed way). There were enough closets to store clothes for 4 people for a week. The King bed was very comfortable which we were very happy for better rest, although the sheets were a little narrow. The only downside we saw in the depa was that the double bed was too fair for two adults. We believe the room has more than enough space to put another double bed for guest comfort. For us it was a plus that pets will accept and that I had private parking. Conclusion: highly recommended!

We could not have been happier with our stay! We loved being so close to everything, so walkable to all the sights and great restaurants!! Ginger’s guide was fantastic, I must have referenced it a million times during our stay and beforehand to make reservations. I loved that the house was in an area with more local people, I felt like we had a more authentic experience then we would have at one of the larger hotels. Our two teens LOVED the rooftop pool and the entire house in general. The dumb waiter was a hit. SMA is a magical place and Ginger’s house puts it over the top!! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed the house. Beautiful gardens and the pool was bigger than we thought and the hot tub was fantastic. The location was terrific. Close to the cathedral but on a quiet street and within walking distance for restaurants and other events. We went out for dinner and live music almost every night within easy walking distance. Highly recommend Cafe Roma and Paprika for live music and good food. The house cleaner, Mari, and the gardeners, Fernando and Angel, were terrific and all did very good jobs. My only suggestion is that they come only once or twice a week. Mari would come every week day and it just felt like too much for us.

We chose this beautiful house to spend New Year's Eve with the family in SMA and it was the best option. In addition to being spacious and beautiful, it has parking, is in a safe area and has amenities within the area that we enjoyed very much. Accessible by car in less than 5 minutes, we were already at a supermarket or restaurants without having to go downtown. They also have a free shuttle service to downtown SMA. The HOLT team was always attentive to our needs, we will definitely come back!

Our stay as a family was very pleasant, the house is very beautiful as shown in the photographs, it is comfortable and is very well equipped. The street is very quiet and closed so there is total privacy. We were able to enjoy the house and rest, also stroll through San Miguel since just 10 minutes walk you get to the center where there are restaurants, shops, etc. the location is excellent! Communication and treatment was always friendly, attentive and very helpful. Whenever we had the need to communicate, they responded right away. That is very much appreciated. We also coordinated a morning of delicious massages at home for the family. Excellent work also by the masseurs. Thank you very much, we look forward to returning soon to SMA and Casa Tranquilo.

I loved my month at Peggy's place, while going to school at Academimia HIspano. Her place is gorgeous. I could walk to school in just under 10 minutes and to the beautiful central churches in under 15 minutes. The location was perfect for me.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Quinta Tenerias. Staff was so polite and resourceful. Location is ideal since it is within walking distance from San Miguel's iconic cathedral and the best restaurants. This will definitely not be the last time we stay at this wonderful place!
