Ecological new house located on an organic farm in the future ,central between Gaspé and Percé. The house is bigenerational. My family and I live in the adjacent home. Loft style with kitchen and living room all open. Air exchanger in every bedroom with HEPA filter. Overlooking 132 with ample car park. Great view in a wild and very quiet area. All shampoos and soaps are offered no beauty and other cosmetics or non-ecological washes are accepted.
