A cozy, private cabin sitting on top of the hill overlooking the beautiful Minnesota River Valley. Start your evening with the grill lit and a cold beer in hand. Or take the opportunity to stay indoors in the heated/air conditioned garage and start your own pool tournament. *This sits on our active cattle ranch, the driveway is shared by us.

Old Hauenstein Brewery - Ground Level 1

Stay in a real brewery built in 1891 where they brewed the Hauenstein beer until 1969. Remodeled in the authentic rustic industrial style of the era, rent the lower level unit with 2 romantic rooms, a parlor, coffee bar and bathroom. The private upper garden has a fire pit, cellar and dining area surrounded by forest and fire-flies. There is No Kitchen. The building is surrounded by an underground creek, so it stays cool naturally. It’s a 7 min walk to Schell’s brewery & 4 min drive downtown.

This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

The home can sleep 8 adults very comfortably, but the nightly pricing is set for two occupants and additional guests are $30 per person. This allows you the option of staying in a fully furnished home at a reasonable rate whether your group is large or small.
