Lovingly preserved and recently refreshed, we now want to share our little red cottage on Lake Minnetonka with guests who want to enjoy a calm, relaxing suburban lake getaway. The cottage offers a lot, and yet because we're in a quiet neighborhood and live on the commons, the little red cottage is not a spot for parties, reunions, bigger groups, or people needing boat access.

Because the Cozy Cottage is located on the inside of peninsula, there is no direct access to the lake; however, there is a public dock and lake access approximately two blocks away.
