Out stay here was unbelievable! We could not be more happy with out accommodation of the ease of the experience. Marcia was a wonderful host. She made check-in easy and quick, and was very responsive. The welcoming packet was clear, concise, and outlined expectations. She also provided plenty of local restaurant menus in the local area, and a plethora of local attractions that made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was very comfortable and functional, allowing for plenty of storage and amenities for cooking. The neighborhood, while walkable, was very quiet and cozy. This was perfect for out quiet getaway. We will definitely be booking here again!

i had a good stay. no issues. I dropped the key between the boards of the porch at check out, and was unable to find it! Jon was totally understanding. very responsive!

This was our 2nd stay at Emma’s. Again, a lovely stay. Super clean. A great location to visit our Bates student. Looking forward to our stay in a few weeks for graduation.

We loved our stay here. It's an easy and pretty 15 minute drive to Bates College (and seemed shorter each time we did it). The unit is spacious, bright, clean, and uncluttered. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive. The king bed was comfortable; all the amenities were just right for us. Plenty of hooks which I appreciate in a rental. The bathroom was spotless and well appointed. There are bookshelves all over with books for kids and adults. Our daughters are grown now but still loved the loft with it's giant bean bag. (The unit has a good selection of games, toys and wooden blocks for young kids.) All in all, it was a really nice space - inside and out - for the four of us to hang out together. We hope to stay here again! We added on a sauna session (with plunge pool and swimming pool for cooling down) and loved that experience. Also loved how close Wallingford's Fruit Farm is - highly recommend their apple cider donuts and hard grapefruit cider.
