With its panoramic windows, the sunroom is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, while the spacious deck is equipped with BBQ and outdoor seating. Two bedrooms plus loft accommodates up to 6 guests. Well-equipped kitchen and open-concept living room.

You will love this modern four season cottage on Grand Lake, NB. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck watching the waves on the lake across the road, or take a stroll to your beach access only a short 3 minute walk down the lane! The cottage is equipped with Wi-fi, Smart TV Roku, BBQ and fire pit. Walk inside to a spacious open concept kitchen and living room equipped with a chaise/fourth bed! Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.
