Genuine Waterfront Mediterranean apartment in Villa, between Rome and Naples, like an Oasi of quiet and calm after a day in the near city. It is a summerhouse so the beach must be within 5 minutes walking and it really is! This is a home, not just an apartment.. near Sperlonga Climb :-)
