The villa has a total of 3 apartments The apartment is a two-room apartment that sleeps 6 (1 quadruple bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room). Access to the sea about 100 meters away (2 minutes on foot) The house is located in a very natural and quiet non-residential setting. There is a garden with a barbecue and hammock shared by two apartments, and tables and sofas for exclusive use. There is private parking on the property

All’interno della proprietà si possono ammirare i ruderi della chiesa di San Domenico (non visitabili). Heaven is a Place on Earth

This villa has been built in the 50es on a cliff right above the sea, a walk to the closest beach, scissure, takes about 5 to 10min. It is composed by two separated houses. This one is only showing the JUNIOR house, the other listing I have in Gaeta, called 'Heaven on Earth', shows the SENIOR villa. Private parking with 2 car spots. Access to the sea is direct and quite steep, 300mts, the shore is rocky but accessible.

An outdoor area features a round, inflatable hot tub surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs. Natural light filters through a thatched roof, highlighting the textured stones of the patio. Plush seating is arranged in the background, complemented by potted plants and stylish drapes for privacy.
