We had already been a few days last year and we had loved it. So we are booking again this year. Leo's service is a luxury! The apartment is new, excellent! Super comfortable! And with an unbeatable view of the sea! In a beautiful area and close to everything as well. Nearby it has a lot of warehouses and greens to get whatever you need.

The stay was pleasant from the moment we were greeted by Patricia very kindly. The apartment is better than the photos show, bright, shiny and immaculate. All facilities work perfectly It should be noted that the mattress is comfortable that does not happen everywhere. Although it is in a central area (perfectly located), the sound is not transmitted to the apartment, making the stay very quiet. Juan and Patricia are always attentive and willing to contact us with them, they even gave us local recommendations for events. We will definitely rent it again!

The best thing about this place is Andrea, she was very helpful , the apartment needs some updates, and a deeply clean, but for 2 days stay it is ok.

The photos published are as much as we received the dpto. The apartment is very comfortable and modern, the comfort is that it has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is super complete for those who want to cook , even washing machine has. Gabriel is very attentive to everything and very kind. I would definitely come back.

We were 2 people, excellent from check-in that we were able to enter before, and easy communication with accurate directions. The apartment is very comfortable. The location is excellent for access to the beaches and the promenade and has characteristics of a quiet neighborhood but with all the necessary shops. Mariela was very flexible to accommodate our check-in and departure times.

Fernando is super friendly, polite, calido. I take care of every detail. The depto is perfect armed, nice, comfortable, modern, everything works well. I leave everything I need to spend my first day without having to go out to buy not even water. He had the delicacy to ask me the next day if everything was ok if it had been good at night. It was also very flexible in the cheqck out since my flight left at the last hour. I highly recommend the apartment. It does not have everything in an air and light, that is the only one against if you want to be connected with nature and have views of the sea. But the beach is two blocks away and the pedestrian san martin is around.

Excellent accommodation. The location is very practical, you can walk around the beach and also a downtown area. The apartment itself is better than what you see in the photos. For three people or more it is comfortable as the bed in the living room is a mattress and not a sofa bed. It has everything you need and is practical for long stays. The hosts are super good vibes and with very good attention and predisposition. Highly recommended!

The 360 views of Mar Del Plata are amazing! The location is convenient because you're close to almost the entire city. It has a garage, which makes it much easier if you go by car. The whole process was smooth and the host was super helpful! The building itself is in good condition and has adequate security measures. The whole apartment is nice! Complete and neat. Good distribution of spaces. Remarkable cleanliness! THE VIEW IS A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER THAN THE AD!!! You can't help but admire it at all times! You can see the whole city! My experience was pleasant.

Near to the apartment supermarket, food house, coffee, etc. Quiet area with street parking availability. The apartment is impeccable. Super recommended.

It was a divine stay. Sofia was very nice and they were always available. The apartment is just as cute as in the pictures. It has a dream view, and I loved the amenities of the building, especially the pool. We will be back!

Everything is perfect. Just like the photos, with everything you need for a super comfortable stay. I would have loved to stay a few extra days. I wish we'll come back another time.
