Large Boutique House in a Forest near the Sea

Unwind from your worries in this spacious and serene space. It has an eat-in kitchen and a living room with an integrated fireplace, a bedroom downstairs, a guest WC, and upstairs there are two very spacious bedrooms with wardrobes and full bathrooms, plus a master suite with a king-size bed. There is radiator heating throughout the house. Outside, there is a large garden covering three plots with a huge swimming pool, a barbecue and a grill. Equipped for 12 people, whether families, friends or young people over 25 years of age.

The entrance features double wooden doors with glass panels, framed by a covered porch supported by wooden beams. The tiled flooring reflects natural light. An outdoor space is visible, accommodating a vehicle and providing access to a landscaped area.

I came to enjoy the tranquility of the forest. I lived the experiences provided by the neighborhood (tea houses, restaurant, artisan fair, horseback riding, tennis and padel courts, etc.) and if you like to walk or jog it is the place. In a natural environment, close to the beaches of the south. The house has all the amenities and equipment so you can enjoy your days of rest. Prepared to accommodate 5 guests comfortably, you have the option of 1 more guest at an additional cost.

A spacious yard features a private pool and sun loungers arranged on verdant grass. The home's exterior offers multiple large windows, allowing natural light to fill the interior spaces. A covered patio is visible, providing shade for outdoor gatherings.

Relax with the whole family in this accommodation where you can breathe in the tranquillity. Chalet located in a perfect area in Punta Mogotes, close to the beach complex, Playas del Sur, one block from the entrance to Bosque Peralta Ramos and the more commercial area where you can find everything from a hairdresser to a shopping promenade, etc. We do not provide a linen service. Bring sheets, towels and bath towels.
