We spent some incredible days at Matías's house. It is super comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy to the fullest a few days in this quiet area of Mar del Plata. I recommend it 100%.

The house is as shown in the pictures, spacious, modern and very well equipped. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, always available for any questions. Also, the location is excellent, close to everything we need, but quiet enough to rest. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We spent some beautiful nights from Thursday, April 17 to today, April 20. What can I say about Juan excellent attention at all times. The house is beautiful, beautiful neighborhood, very nice houses and super quiet. The main highlight was the mattresses, well hard and comfortable. We were 6 people and we were all very comfortable in the spaces that the house provides. I know that I can rent to Juan again as we love Mar Del and we go whenever we can during the year as I have more rentals. Thank you Juan. They rent with confidence, they will not regret it. Something important that I leave us white clothes, not all do it. Thank you.

Excellent apartment for a vacation, just like home. The apartment is just like the photos. Although the building is old, everything works perfectly. Safe, fast elevators, the apartment is impeccable, everything is new, even the appliances. Fernando was super attentive before and during the stay to make sure everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable, the accesses are super comfortable and safe. Worthy of recommendations and all the stars he has as a host.

The accommodation is beautiful, it has a dreamy view and everything you need to spend a few days with family surrounded by nature. Both Daniel and Noemí were incredibly friendly from the day I wrote to them, until we left the house on the last day. We were able to enjoy a new year in the peace of Sierra de los Padres feeling at home.

I loved the combination of nature with the comfort of the heated pool, which allows you to enjoy even on rainy days, something ideal considering the changing climate of the coast. The house is very bright, has all the necessary tools to cook and the bed is super comfortable. Also, when I needed a blender, Mariano lent it to me without a problem. All the surroundings are beautiful, perfect to relax and enjoy. ¡Excellent experience!

The depto is beautiful and super comfortable , excellent location and cleanliness. Very complete. The security people are very warm and friendly . The gym and common area are very good. Mariela responded more than in time . We will be back !

The most incredible part is the gallery and the park. I'm going to miss the mornings in the Paraguayan bed with a coffee trying to decipher each bird. The house itself, considering that it is a container, is very well done and is exactly as described in the publication and seen in the photos. In terms of comfort, it's fine. Honestly, we had a few days of very hot weather and heavy rain, so we could hear the noise of the rain and the AC motor quite a bit at bedtime, but that kind of weather is unusual. Beautiful home. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the windows in the morning give you a beautiful view of the pool and trees. Very comfortable beds. Carlos was attentive throughout the stay, asking if we needed anything. The pool is very much enjoyed, especially since the area is very quiet and ideal for clearing out. We will definitely be back.

Mariana's house is super quiet. She is always willing to answer our queries. The house has everything you need. There are warehouses nearby. It's a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The beach that is 3 blocks away is very nice and there are others nearby that are very beautiful, such as golden beach. We will be back. If you want tranquility and beach nearby, it is a great option.

Rocío is an excellent host, the place is very clean, impeccable, everything is very well cared for, the only thing I didn't like was the location.
