Jackeline is a very friendly woman, she met me in the evening at the agreed time, showed me everything, told me where the nearest shops and laundries were. The apartment is clean and cozy, bed linen was changed once a week. The windows overlook the courtyard, or rather the windows of neighboring buildings, but it is quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, shops, and a pedestrian street are within walking distance, the beach is naturally also nearby.

The stay was pleasant from the moment we were greeted by Patricia very kindly. The apartment is better than the photos show, bright, shiny and immaculate. All facilities work perfectly It should be noted that the mattress is comfortable that does not happen everywhere. Although it is in a central area (perfectly located), the sound is not transmitted to the apartment, making the stay very quiet. Juan and Patricia are always attentive and willing to contact us with them, they even gave us local recommendations for events. We will definitely rent it again!

The best thing about this place is Andrea, she was very helpful , the apartment needs some updates, and a deeply clean, but for 2 days stay it is ok.

The photos published are as much as we received the dpto. The apartment is very comfortable and modern, the comfort is that it has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is super complete for those who want to cook , even washing machine has. Gabriel is very attentive to everything and very kind. I would definitely come back.

A luxury apartment, super comfortable everything, has everything you need and more to spend a great stay in Mardel. Super close to Guemes and also to the beach. Emilia was always available and well predicted towards us. I hope we'll be back!!

The apartment is very comfortable. The location is excellent for access to the beaches and the promenade and has characteristics of a quiet neighborhood but with all the necessary shops. Mariela was very flexible to accommodate our check-in and departure times.

Fernando is super friendly, polite, calido. I take care of every detail. The depto is perfect armed, nice, comfortable, modern, everything works well. I leave everything I need to spend my first day without having to go out to buy not even water. He had the delicacy to ask me the next day if everything was ok if it had been good at night. It was also very flexible in the cheqck out since my flight left at the last hour. I highly recommend the apartment. It does not have everything in an air and light, that is the only one against if you want to be connected with nature and have views of the sea. But the beach is two blocks away and the pedestrian san martin is around.

We stayed in the apartment of Rocío for a few days as a family (my wife, our two children and I) and it was a great experience. From the first moment, Rocío was very helpful and friendly, always available to answer our questions. The apartment was spotless, just as it appears in the photos: clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The location is very good, close to everything, but in a quiet area, ideal for rest. My children felt at home and so did we. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Rocío for everything!

We are traveling with my boyfriend and our dogs to rest a few days of the long weekend of Mayo in Mardel. The experience was excellent. The dimensions of the apartment are generous and the distribution provides comfort, it is very well equipped for visitors to feel very comfortable. The building is in unbeatable location with excellent views of the sea and golf course, it is quiet and safe. Giselle and Mirta at all times responded to our questions with kindness and willingness. Thanks to this experience we would like to come back and recommend it to our friends!

The apartment has a spectacular view of Mar del Plata. Super well located for a walk along the coast. Amazing sunrise and sunsets. We had a great time, and the super host!

Leandro is excellent host. Atento and connected. The apartment is excellent, in location and quality. Some details were spoken as a suggestion for the experience to be 10 in relation to the value of the apartment, such as adding some kitchen utensils add one more key and beach chairs.

It was a divine stay. Sofia was very nice and they were always available. The apartment is just as cute as in the pictures. It has a dream view, and I loved the amenities of the building, especially the pool. We will be back!

Everything is perfect. Just like the photos, with everything you need for a super comfortable stay. I would have loved to stay a few extra days. I wish we'll come back another time.
