Beautiful villa located within 5 mins short walk from the beach Grau Castellon. The modern villa which includes a pool and a spacious garden is located in an attractive, quiet residential area boarding the Castellon Golf course and the park Pinar. The villa consists of 4 spacious rooms with two of the rooms having en suite bathrooms. Street parking around the house is free. All the rooms have non restrictive lovely views such as to the faraway mountain range. Entrance to the beach front located in a fabulous location as there are a number of restaurants and cafes as soon you reach there. In addition the golf club also located just next to the Villa if you fancy a game of golf, padel, tennis or just to use cafe restaurant. Grau seafront main restaurants are also within walking distance whether you feels like a paella or a nice cocktail. The bus/ tram connection is located just a short walk from the house on the way to the beach side providing easy access to Benicasim or to Castellon Center.

On a 3,000m2 farm, "La Lomica", surrounded by olive trees, 500m from the village of Ladruñán in an old farmhouse that has been restored and refurbished for housing. I have set up a living room, kitchen and three bedrooms for the exclusive use of guests, all with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed. The Guadalope River and the Santolea reservoir are 3 km from the property
