It has direct and private access on the ground floor of our house. Share the garden and laundry with another suite in the same house. We're unable to accommodate pets. We live on the house's top floor and have 2 cats. A gated community with a beautiful beach club. The house is for sale.

It has 3 levels of living spaces (one of them being a PRIVATE rooftop terrace with its own PRIVATE pool and BBQ spot. It's fully furnished and has all the appliances you could need in your everyday life. We are located up on a hill, which makes it an easy walk downtown but a short Uber back up (you can usually get them for $3 USD)
