Located in S. Mission Beach on Ensenada Ct a couple blocks South of Belmont Park. We live upstairs and offer a small 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment (approx 500 sq. ft each) on the ground floor to vacationers. Please note that the 2nd room is very small with twin bunkbed suitable for children or small adult (3 adults max or 2 adults/2 children, top bunk 110lbs. max) We enjoy having guests from all over the world come to visit and love watching you enjoy South Mission Beach as much as we do.

I love this place. I lived here until Sept 2019. You live upstairs in the penthouse and it is airy and bright all year. There are 2 decks one on the south side and one on the north. Each is about 350 sq feet. There is seating for 16 so everyone can have their place to relax outside. there is a gas grill and large capacity washer dryer. The bay can be viewed from both decks and the living room. Not panoramic views but enjoyable. There is parking for up to large trucks on our private nearby lot

Amenities: Central A/C, central heat, fireplace, 2 parking spaces, bikes, firepit, boogie boards, beach chairs, and even beach toys! Guests have access to the entire home. The living and dining areas look over the water. Step off the patio and you are steps from the sand. The kitchen is stocked for meal preparation, dining and entertaining. You can also head out to the patio and grill on the outdoor gas BBQ!
