Our second-floor studio is perfect for one person or a couple. Unplug for a few days or a week. Enjoy the unobstructed ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Our apartment has a separate kitchen and bathroom and rustic wood paneling.

You will love staying this close to the beach and I provide everything needed for a great beach vacation. The apartment will be comfortable and clean. This one bedroom one bathroom apartment is located on the beach side of Mission Blvd. It’s centrally located in Mission Beach. The nearest large cross street is El Carmel. It’s about 50 steps to the beach from the front or back door.

Bus lines are 5 blocks. We are on a quiet 2 block long street with bikes, beach chairs, body boards, beach toys and beach towels for your use.

It has a separate dining area and a full kitchen, so you always have the option of dining in or experiencing the vast array of PB restaurants and bars. But the highlight of this unit is the full ocean view from the bedroom...not many units in Mission Beach can boast this view!
