This is a non-smoking, family oriented 1 bedroom apartment in a triplex located on Ensenada Ct in South Mission Beach. It sleeps up to 3 adults using a rollaway twin bed. We are 2 blocks from Belmont Park. Also, just a heads up that we have a wonderful yellow Labrador pup named Jojo. She can be a bit barky before getting to know you. I will make a point to catch you to introduce you to her after you check in. She is super sweet just a little protective of her yard till she gets to know you.

This one bedroom one bathroom apartment is located on the beach side of Mission Blvd. It’s centrally located in Mission Beach. The nearest large cross street is El Carmel. It’s about 50 steps to the beach from the front or back door.
