Holiday rentals with a patio in Missouri River

I stayed in several spots in lander over the winter. While some of the spots that were in the center of town offered the luxury of walking distance to the bars and restaurants, they also come along with the noise and sirens all night. This spot was soo close to town but kept the loud noises at bay. The location offered quick commutes to get to anything you needed. Great place and highly recommend

GrandRoads place was exactly as the picture, very spacious, clean, super convenient to stores and restaurants nearby. Communication was great they are always alert if you need anything. Me & my friend enjoyed our short Easter getaway and highly recommend this Penthouse.

Great, clean place to stay! Seemed like a nice location if it weren’t for the construction that was all around and they were at it early. Not host’s fault obviously but just slightly annoying but the house was beautiful, cozy and comfortable.

Nice quiet stay at Denise’s humble home. As described and as photographed. Denise is a great host. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town.

Perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Everything seems to be within a 15 minute drive. Beautiful views. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the evenings sitting on the balcony. Kim was very responsive and friendly to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Julie's place is great. Excellent location, convenient to town and CU, well-appointed, and very clean. Communication was thorough and clear. Would definitely stay again. Good to be aware that there is not a full-kitchen (no stove), but those seem to be very hard to come by at an affordable price in Boulder. Wasn't an issue for us.

I like that it’s a low key apartment with ample of space and a kitchen. Tiffany is very communicative and helpful. I also enjoy the off street parking as a traveler with a rental car.

If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

Sara’s place was great for a quick weekend stay! She was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

We used the space primarily as for sleeping and place to get cleaned up after/before each day. We have family in town without room to house everyone. So our needs may not be the same thing others are seeking. The kitchen itself is adequate and the large fridge freezer would meet most families needs for storage. There was a lower level window AC that cooled that level nicely. The upstairs was a little more stuffy, but with windows open and a box fan running, it cooled down nicely for sleeping. The bedrooms were good sized and having 2 bathrooms with a tub/shower and a shower met our needs for a place to sleep, clean up. The location just a block off the main road provides easy walking access to shops and restaurants. That would be very attractive to many people. For people wanting the full stay experience with meals and leisure time the place would meet their needs. Would definitely recommend this place for the location and pricing. Suzanne was a good and gracious host!

Felt right at home at this Airbnb! It was truly the coziest home away from home with a great kitchen that was fully equipped and had all the spices, teas and coffee you would need throughout your stay. The host Jennifer was the most attentive, responsive, and hospitable I’ve had throughout the years! The house was squeaky clean and we didn’t have to worry about anything, whether that was extra towels, robes, blankets etc. The location is central and close the highway which makes everywhere seem like a close drive. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

We loved the Courtyard Casita! It was beautiful inside and very cozy. The beds and linens were top notch and we loved the outdoor space. It was great to relax in the hot tub at night. The decor is beautiful and the floor is amazing. We have stayed in many Airbnbs and this was one of our favorites. Daniel is very responsive and extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

The view of the mountains through the trees was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.

Wonderful lodging, location and host. Our family was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay at Steamboat. The free shuttle got us to the slopes in 5 minutes! Will definitely look for this place when we come back next season. Thanks again for having us!

We loved our stay! The condo is so cute, and super efficiently laid out and organized. We had a girls’ trip to Co Springs to visit Pike’s Peak Cog Railway, Garden of the Gods, and Old Colorado City. It was perfectly located for all 3. It was safe, clean, and just great! Thank you, Zoey!

We had a GREAT stay! Perfect location with easy access to Beaver Creek / Vail and close to restaurants and shops. The place itself was very clean and exactly what we were looking for. Importantly, the images and details within the listing were representative of our experience. In particular, you can’t beat the beautiful mountain views from the living room and porch! Nathan was also very responsive and a super accommodating host. Would absolutely stay here again!

Condo was perfect! We were 15 minutes from the ski slopes in Park City. You could either take a bus which was walking distance, or uber for less than $15. We were also close to restaurants and shops. The place was clean and had everything we needed included a hot tub after a long day of skiing. I would totally come back and stay here!
